Today I was in line waiting a customer treat her rude she was so polite and apologized even though she have not done nothing wrong , she is always serious about her job and do it perfectly. I switched my mom med to this pharmacy because of there beautiful attitude

If I was writing a review for the service I got early this morning, it would be a five star review. A gentleman named Casey helped me, his guest service was amazing. I didn't realize what a solid he did by price matching something when there were multiple items in the wrong place. I guess the difference was pretty big and I only realized that today. I got the wrong size, so I went into exchange them. The woman who helped me was friendly I'll give you that, but when I asked if I could just do a straight exchange since he did price match she said oh no no no. She let me know that he was going to be in trouble for giving me good customer service. I was kind of a jerk about it because there were so many in the wrong spot, I let her know that a few times but she didn't care. She took a picture of my receipt and said that it would be notated in his file or something. I even let her know that I was so mortified by the thought of him getting in trouble for doing his job that I probably wouldn't come back to the store. She just kept some fake sad face on saying she would have to see, I almost felt like she was happy about it she kept saying Casey Casey Casey. I wouldn't want this guy to think that I disrespected his amazing customer service by coming back and trying to exchange. So not only did this woman not let me change out the compression socks for the price that I paid for them. She let me know that he was going to be in trouble, I feel this is incredibly rude for somebody to act this way, when such great guest service was given to me. Use my terrible punctuation, I just left the store and I'm using talk to text since I now have a sick feeling in my gut. Nobody should get in trouble for having incredible guest service. If she is a part of your management, I hope you guys choose better next time. I would not want to work for that woman, unfortunately I don't know her name. I didn't want to ask her for it but I seriously could not believe after I told her that I was rude and that there were multiple pairs in the wrong location and that gentleman was just doing his job that she would go out of her way to let me know that he would be in trouble for what she said was a larger price difference and she's concerned why it didn't flag him. What an awful human she is.. that is I will be leaving reviews anywhere I can.

Spoke to Laura, who indicated she is an intern. I have a prescription that was sent 2 weeks early as my Dr. is out of country. It is a controlled substance, NOT ANY OPIOD! I will be out before the order comes in she said. She Lso said she can't have another CVS fill it, which is I believe NoT true as they have many times before. Her attitude was judgmental and rude. I have many prescription s here. Always out of meds and always a problem. Someone from Corperate needs to come spend a day to train.

The WORST customer service and deserve ZERO stars! I had to contact corporate because the two individuals working this morning had zero empathy and disregard for urgency of a situation. Why is it that CORPORATE office can go ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist in an emergency medication situation, but these young FOOLS on a power trip behind the counter are complaining about having to do their job?! The guy told me HE is losing money having to help me! I was unaware that the Pharmacy Techs own CVS and that this idiot would be the one losing money! You and your female coworker need serious HELP and TRAINING in CUSTOMER SERVICE! You are both lazy and let the phone ring off the hook while you stand around and pretend to work! What a joke!

Horrible pharmacy. Stand at the window and pharmacists don't even acknowledge you, wait, wait, leave and go to Walgreens and transfer my medication. What ever happened to acknowledge your customer? Well now I am NOT their customer

COUNT YOUR PILLS!!!! Today was the third time (that I am aware of) that I was short a number of pills when I picked up my medication. I’m very sure that the insurance company had covered the FULL amount.

Not sure why the least helpful individual is in the consultation window. They told ME to call stores to find out where I could get the medication filled ... I called the 1800 number and they were able to help find a store with the medicine. The rep said that the store should have been able to provide that information.
