CrossFit Fortius East is the best!!! The coaches motivate me to push myself beyond what my mind is capable of, yet are understanding of some of my physical limitations and help me find ways to tailor my workout. The classes are awesome and have a great community of military, fire, and police.

Great coaches, great gym set up, and a welcoming environment. Coaches are very knowledgeable on form and technique. Friendly people with different skill levels so it feels easy to fit in. Definitely recommend for everyone interested in or already doing CrossFit.
