Went to this location for the first time since it opened. I love that they still do the kid and adult stamp to make sure no one else can take your child out. Everything is nice and clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We got there at opening so it wasn't too crowded. There are plenty of tables. The food is priced a little high for pizza, but the pizza is delicious. Unlimited refills, which was nice for the fountain drinks. The game cards are nice you just pay for the amount of time you want to play, and it's unlimited games. It even has a one-time pause feature, so if you need to eat your time doesn't keep going. Chuck E came out as well to visit with the kids. I personally am glad the singing characters are gone. Definitely recommend this location.

Smaller then the other chucky cheeses I've been to. Food prices are ridiculously expensive. Paid $18.49 for wings. Eat before you go.

Why do parents keep bringing their sick kids out!? Both times I have brought my family here, my kids ended up getting sick. We went to Chuck E Cheese Friday night and my son got a nasty stomach virus the next day. To all the parents... KEEP YOUR KIDS HOME IF THEY ARE SICK!!!!

Came on a random Monday evening around 7:30 pm with my son and my sister and her family. My sister had a pair of 2 year old (twins) and a 5 year old. When we got there, the place was pretty empty, which was great for us! We ended up ordering a few pizzas and some salad. The wait would be at least 20 minutes, which wasn't too bad. Once we received our food, the pizza was great. I did have the salad to be a little more healthier and was a bit disppointed they didn't have other toppings such as sunflower seeds and hard boiled eggs. My son and nieces did enjoy their time at this establishment. I have been to all Chuck E. Cheese's in San Diego and this one is the best one that my son and I have been to. Maybe it was because it was the time that we went. We liked that it wasn't crowded and that it was clean. All the machines were also working and the workers were very attentive.

We had a birthday party here last week for my daughter's 6th birthday with about 25 kids and 20 adults. I reserved the party online and was able to increase the # of kids over the phone with the staff there since the website wouldn't allow it. Our party host that night was Hailey and she was great, when I arrived she gave me a breakdown of the schedule and ordered our food for us. The kids had a blast and everything was organized and on time. My daughter had an amazing birthday with her friends. Also, everything is new and clean. Thank you to the nice staff for making the party fun.

It takes time to hire/train employees and get a restaurant up and going. I think Santee Chuck E Cheese employees are doing a great job. Our visit wasn't perfect, we had to be patient but all in all it was a great time with our grandkids. I wanted to thank the lunch manager on duty as well as the front counter young lady that was working today, Thursday Dec. 14th. It was our first visit to Chuck E Cheese Santee, we had bought a combo and a gift card. Later after eating and hearing over the speaker about the 10 percent off a play card, we realized we should buy a play card also to go along with the gift card we were gifting to a friend. The manager and counter attendant were very polite and kind and I did appreciate remedying my ticket so I could get the discount. The restaurant was also very clean and the food was good. The salad bar looked fresh and well tended. Thank you for being a great asset to Santee and for great customer service. We will take the grandkids back again.

I saw an employee come out of a stall in the men's bathroom. He then proceeded out to the floor and didn't stop to wash his hands. I checked the sinks, and they were bone dry. There is even a sign on the mirror all employees shall wash their hands before returning to work.

This location in Santee is the best Chuck E Cheese in San Diego. It's new and all games as well.

Go to Dave and Busters. This place is understaffed, the food is terrible, and the games either don't work or need to be updated. Prices are comparable to D and B, but there's way less games, and it's understaffed.

First time here and spent 44.00 for large pizza, all you can eat salad and 1 drink. Which the soda machines were down so only tea. The pizza we got was stuffed crust and it was ok nothing fancy. Salad bar was decent plus there is fruit. I thought you would get extra points but that's not the case. For being a brand new place it was clean lots of games. To buy time or points it can be costly so be prepared for that. Very colorful lots of TVs with chuckle cartoons. Employees can't say much it's a job . They stamp your group so that way everyone is safe.
