Love the coaches here at CGC! My daughter joined their champs gymnastics recreation program a few years ago. She loved it so much that she joined their team gymnastics program & hasn't looked back. She is always happy to go to the gym to work on her skills. The family team atmosphere is wonderful.

The coaches and staff here are great so far. We've only been coming for a week, but my kids are taking parkour, tumbling and boys gymnastics (champs 1) I'd definitely recommend these classes. I wish they had morning classes, because the times they have aren't the most convenient for me.

Our beautiful, clean, safe 17,000 square foot facility is large enough for two competition floors with ample room for training and exercise equipment, as well as two pits filled with state-of-the-art AirBags which have replaced out-dated foam blocks. Our facility is the perfect place for athletes of all ages and skill levels.
