Great service! They know what they are doing! I called many shops to rebuild the transmission in my 59 Cadillac and the shops either didn't want to touch it or they would but couldn't give an estimate . Certified gave me an estimate worst case scenario, new the exact transmission etc! Highly recommend then for classic cars and any car! Thank you!

Went to these guys to get my transmission replaced. Upon the first initial conversation I had stated that I wanted a new transmission not a rebuilt. They led me to believe that that's what I was going to get. Ended up with a rebuilt transmission. Upon doing the work they realized I had a leak in my rear main seal and didn't even bother to tell me. They definitely didn't offer to replace it or anything. Went back to talk to them about it and the manager basically stated that they don't do rear main seals. Now I have to pay my mechanic to pull everything apart again to change that. Also have a noise in my front transaxle that wasn't there before they started the work. Once again they're passing the blame and saying that they had no responsibility in causing that noise. Would not recommend these people to anyone ever. By far the crappiest transmission people in town.

I think you can tell a lot about a company by the way they handle their customers problems. I brought my car to them for a repair back in 2009 and they fixed my truck quick and we're upfront and honest with the costs. In 2022 my clutch went out on the freeway and I limped it in based off my previous good experience. It was replaced but unfortunately their supplier made a mistake and my clutch wasn't operating properly. Dennis handled it professionally and made it very easy on me to make things right. Certified transmissions is a good shop and their customer service is excellent. Mistakes happen, I'm grateful that certified transmission and Dennis made it right and my vehicle now operates perfectly. I trust this shop and will bring my vehicles to them in the future.

Had my transmission on my truck looked at and ultimately replaced. Dennis was exceptional at keeping me updated and informed. They even took care of me when I took truck home and had an issue reversing. Brought it back in and they discovered a band broke. They fixed it and had it ready for me the next day! 3yr 100000 mile warranty on all of their transmission?

Excellent experience with this shop. The price is reasonable and the service is Outstanding!! The diagnostic process was great! The manager, Dennis and his techs do a thorough job and Dennis walked me through each and every issue that they came across to ensure that I knew exactly what was going on with my 2014 Dodge Durango. I would recommend this shop to anyone that has no idea what may be going on with their transmission or their vehicle. You will be just as pleased, as me with whatever service they may be providing for you.

Was hearing a clicking noise coming from the left side front wheel. My usual go to shop couldn't figure it out. Thought maybe it's a transmission issue so recommended I go take it to Dennis and see what he thinks. I drop it off and the next day Dennis and I speak. He said don't worry about it for now. Could be a motor mount starting to wear. They couldn't find anything that needed immediate service so he only charged 69 bucks and sent me on my way. Thank you Dennis! I appreciate your honesty and help! I'll let my friends know to visit when needed.

I had an intermittent transmission issue. I had been told I needed a new transmission..Estimates from 1,800 to 6,000. I went to Certified for another opinion..a couple of hours, one sensor and a couple of hundred dollars later my van is shifting perfectly! Literally 200 dollars instead of the thousands others had estimated. Also they caught that I needed a fan clutch and referred me to another shop for that, thankfully I was able to get that fixed before I was overheated and stuck on the road. I recommend this shop without any reservations or questions, excellent work!Service: Transmission

I bought a transmission from certified for my ram 2500 Cummins back in 2017 it's been beat and abused with over 200000 thousand miles of hard towing and it's still going strong, enough said about the quality of the build.
