“Pricing and the product arrived on time which was the main goal but think if it wasn't for my calls and follow up it wouldn't of happened. Mike, the sales person seemed disorganized and not so knowledgeable. Actually chipped the tile I brought in to use for comparison, I didn't end up using that piece so it really didn't matter but goes along with the lack of professionalism.”

The carpet looks great even though there ere two seams (which are invisible). The job was completed quickly and they left the room and house super clean.
