Wish I could put zero. If you wish to get your car damaged and not get properly compensated for the damages this is the company for you. Got quotes for $900 worth of damage got offered $40. Claims department is very rude and wish I didn't use this company. They have lowballed me everytime that I had to ship my car because of the military and have many friends with the same experience as me. STAY AWAY!!!

My experience pretty much mirrors every negative review so far; at least their service is consistent. I arrived at the agreed pick up time but had to wait almost an hour before being processed. My car had been rinsed off despite my request to let me inspect the car unwashed (as mentioned in another review, they probably do this in an attempt to hide any surface damage caused by them). I found several scratches but I knew I could buff them out. My tires were dangerously low on air and when I pointed this out, I was told to grab an air compressor on the other side of the bay which ended up being missing (thanks for caring). Ended up driving really slowly to a nearby gas station and filling my tires with their air compressor. Based on all the horror stories I've heard, I call this a victory having my car still function and not look like a junkyard find after being in their care for a year. Way to set the bar at the bare minimum. IAL will probably never lose this contract; with this poor quality in service, they'll always have the lowest bid over anyone else.

These guys are hot garage. I had to use the center Atlanta and the whole process is horrible and will take a significant amount of time and by time it could take days. The video online says it's as easy as "1,2,3"... Yeah right. These guys will jam you up on anything possible and there is a high chance that they will delay you untill 4 and then close and not finish your paperwork and you have to come back. I almost had to miss my flight and would have messed up my whole PCS. They told me that I should have turned my car in earlier in case the rejected it but I can't work without my car for a whole week and their website tries to make it sounds like it's as easy as dropping your car off. Stand your ground with these people because they won't give you an inch. Worst part of my PCS by far was dealing with those clowns in Atlanta.

I understand the need to do their job in ensuring a vehicle is clean and up to standard. I washed the car early in the morning with the intent of preparing it, only to be rejected for being dirty. This is dirt from driving the car 60 Miles. If they want to be so adamant then advise it in the website. However when a big stink was raised because my Military ID and PCS orders did not have a III suffix like on my driver's license and vehicle registration and saying I had to change it, I lost it with them. I am in the Army on leave in Oceanside, CA (where I grew up) and the vehicle was registered in Virginia and I was previously stationed in Fort Lee, Virginia and there is no way to change this at the last minute. Both IDs have photos of myself and the same date of birth. One would figure they are the same person and not ask for the impossible. I drove my car from Virginia to California with the intention of shipping to Alaska where I am now stationed. I ended up having another expense of purchasing another POV here due to them.

The folks here are professional. They are severely understaffed however that is not their fault. They go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is taken care of.

First and foremost, they get your car wet for your joint inspection. Tell them to dry it off before you inspect it as water beads hide all manner of scratches, chips and problems that you won't see. Once dry, go inch by inch and compare to the form 788. They hold you to this document, so when you identify a scratch different, mark it down. Make them show you a picture which details the damage. If they don't have one, they will agree on the Form 788. Just my opinion, do not accept their payout. Take your vehicle to your car insurance supported repair shop for an estimate. You can file a report with your insurance without initiating a claim. Any scratches that go down to or beyond the clear coat will likely cost more than $1000 to repair. In our case, acknowledging responsibility for five points of damage, they offered $105 for repairs. The actual repairs were $1700+. When we filed the claim with IAL with supporting documentation, they rejected it claiming that even though they acknowledged and agreed to causing the damage, that it was "pre-existing." Not sure how that works. Followed up with a claim to the military and will let them fight IAL.

US military stationed at Ramstein AB: I shipped my car from Germany to Baltimore wth international Auto logistics. In Germany, the technician inspecting my car for scratches for turn in tells me there are microscrataches throughout "the car that look like spider webs caused by the automatic washing car wash" so he has to make the caR with scratches on all panels option, other than that in any other case you could not tell there are any scratches. But I did see the spider web look. So I agreed with him and signed the paperwork trusting the professional. He appropriately makes all the damages, dents and scratches on my car. When I get to Baltimore VPC in Elkridge I noticed 5 sets of scratches and or scuffs on the vehicle that were NOT there before at turnin in Germany, so I try to make a claim. The tech speaks with the claims guy and I was denied the claim because my paperwork is noted with small scratches throughout the vehicle and the scratches and scuffs I am trying to claim are covered under that. So now I must make a claim with the military I order to appeal the decision. The technician circled all the right areas for the company's benefit and had me sign when finished. Note: Car took 42 days to ship

Fantastic service! Made our appointment for 3:00, and came in about 15 minutes early. Had all of our paperwork ready, vehicle was clean and empty, parking brake worked, gas tank was under 1/4. Carlee was AMAZING!! We've used many carriers and locations before, and this has definitely been the best experience!! If you arrive early, are patient, and have all of your documents ready, it'll work perfectly! Start to finish, process took just over an hour. :)

NEVER USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU HAVE OPTIONS!!!!!!!! As a Military Service member's wife I have never experienced such horrible service. The service member was misinformed so we showed up without our marriage certificate (which had been shipped to our new duty station). He was specifically told they would accept the page 2. Luckily we got married in the state of CA and we're able to go downtown to get a certificate but they were unwilling to do anything until we got that. Once we got that I had to have gas siphoned out of my tank. They told me that no-one around the area would do it and that since I had a siphon lock on my gas tank they would need special tools. Again this was wrong. I went to the guy right next to their place and he did it for free. He thanked me for our service to the country and was extremely nice. Finally we brought the marriage certificate in and they DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT IT. They don't process any vehicles after 4pm so when I was stressing about getting everything done before 4pm I asked we could do most of the paperwork right then and bring the marriage certificate back in the morning with the car because I had a flight out at noon the next day and she said "Well you can but we don't accept appointments the day before and there's usually a line out there door at 8am so you would miss your flight." It's bad military families have to go through stress of moving their entire families to new duty stations and have to deal with people like this. I would recommend finding a different service to ship your car, selling your car before you go, or paying for it yourself. It would have been about $1,300 to ship it on the civilian side and I would have gladly done that instead of paying these assholes. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU HAVE OPTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!
