I have bought my tires from Budget tire for several years now. Their customer service is great! They always have quality tires, even if the tires are used. I highly recommend them over any of the chain tire places!

The tires weren't expensive and it didn't take long for the install. The down side was that they added the modification service without consulting with me first which ended up costing an extra 80 bucks. When I asked what the charge was for they said it was to save me on taxes. The tax on the sale was around 6 dollars and it would have been around $12 according to the gentleman assisting me so so I ended up paying more than I should have which sucks... but the tires aren't bad but still 12 vs 80.....

I have a nail in my tire. I tried to go to Walmart where I bought new tires. They said they didn't have time. It was 4:50PM. The lady I spoke with said they're able to do it till 7 (on a previous call). Walmart dropped the ball. So I called Budget Tire Co. and they said sure come on in. They were busy but still found time for me. This is a good company that will get your tire fixed up back to new. The best service. I will be coming here for on now with my tire needs. Great job guys.

Would give a zero rating. This place sucks. Drove all the way there to get rotors turned and the guy asked me if I could come back on Monday. He mentioned they were closing. They were not supposed to close for another 1.5 hours and only saw one other customer there. He still would not turn the rotors.

Come in on a Thursday and ask how much to install my brake rotors and pads guy tells me 80.00 per axle, come in on Tuesday to get it done and guy tells me 200.00 total, I don’t care how good a job they do I don’t like being ??
