“Santee Santas would like to thank the managers and staff at our own Santee Barnes & Noble. Barnes & Noble generously partners with Santee Santas and our community during the holiday season to bring the gift of new books to our Santee families and children in need. We can't thank you enough for making the holiday shine a bit brighter!”

“Love the retro vibe here. They have everything you could think of. They have movies(dvd, vhs, and blu Ray), cds, records, tapes, action figures, a variety of random retro collectables, patches, posters, buttons, etc. You can't go wrong here. They have something for everybody. The clerk running the register was so friendly. We got a free re-animated records tote bag for spending more than $100. We will definitely be back.”

“Great bookstore in South Park. I love stopping by whenever I'm in the area. They have a really amazing curation of books, one of the first places in SD where I was able to find Asian translated fiction. Staff are really friendly and knowledgeable so if you ask for recommendations they'll definitely have some ideas!”

“I had been wanting to check this store out for a while and finally got around to it last week. What a selection! I could truly spend hours here, there's so much to sift through. Craig, the owner, was very nice. Quarters are a little tight, which makes it feel crowded if a lot of people are there. I was very impressed with the philosophy and poetry sections! Prices were incredibly reasonable also! I can't wait to be back!”

“It was nice and quite exactly what I would expect of a book store and was overall a really nice place. The only complaint was that the books were sort of scratched but nothing bad”

“I'm Thankful for the teachings and insights I have received from Unarius and its students. Each time I visit, I feel uplifted and that I am participating in creating my positive future. From discussing topics with the students, taking creativity workshops and participating in the classes and events, I am gathering tools and experiences that help me to grow and hopefully help in creating a better Earth for us all. I think the creativity workshops are probably the best way to visit especially if you can tie it with a tour. It would be a great first introduction. Besides the workshops, I really love the Crystal Flame Ceremony in December. My first actual visit (I've been aware of Unarius for years) was a visit during business hours. We spent an hour talking with Billie who has painted some of the most well known paintings of Unarius. Each time I visit now I can feel the positive energy and excitement building. Stop in and ask questions. They are always willing to talk. There are a ton of books and dvds and everyone's favorite, the starship pin!”

“I am taking EMGM 105 and 106 and the bookstore staff was very helpful in helping me find everything I needed for class. The bookstore is a little hard to find, there aren't really any signs. At least that I could find. Its kinda in the middle, back. Its building K1. If you see the child development building in front of you, before you get to the building go around the building on your left and its the next big building.”

“Large collection of used books and friendly staffs (particularly Bob who introduced the upcoming book sales and electronic book options to me). Love the 5 for a $1 cart deal outside the bookstore, this is what attracted me to check out this gem. Keep up the good work!”

“*This review is for the Clockwork manicure robot* The Clockwork nail painting machine is SO COOL. IT'S A MUST-DO. You don't need to be a student to go into the SDSU Bookstore and get a robot manicure! It's only open when the Bookstore is open, but the website's time slots for appointment booking is accurate. There's a bathroom in the library next door but not in the Bookstore. If you have a friend who has done it, they have a referral link that's 20% off. Also, after you go for the first time, they send you a link for 50% off your next visit. The normal price is $10. The only thing I don't like is that the nail polish they use does have a chemical smell. It took me 45 minutes for my first robot manicure, but I'm sure I'll get better at it, so it'll be faster next time. I do wish they had a baby pink color! You also get to keep the nail polish remover pot and take it with you so you have it to remove your nail polish later!”
