Our backyard has been under construction/renovation(hardscape & landscape: pool & spa, paving, property fences, landscaping etc ) since January 2023 and still on going. We have been working with several landscape contractors and designers and none of the projects went perfectly as we expected and planned. (Except the pickle ball court, no problems from the start to the end!) There were always some issue arose once we started working on the projects. We always felt very difficult to confront the issues with the contractors and some of them even argued unprofessionally and defensive instead of finding a good solution for us. Among all these experiences, what I appreciated about ARC Design was that when we had unexpected issue arose( as I explained in the beginning, we learned many things do goes wrong unexpectedly), Cale(the owner of the company)stepped in and solved the issue the WAY WE CAN SATISFY and in a very PROFESSIONAL Manners. We asked 2 sets of concrete stairs in a slope and concrete steppers in a walk path way. ARC Design had a good work check process. They asked us to see their work before they pour concrete in. That’s how we found an issue created by putting stairs in a slope and Cale stepped in and fixed the problem. We are very happy with the results. Quick response to request for choice of turf samples and job quote. Within a few days the job was begun. The quote was several thousand dollars less than quoted by other companies. Their turf samples were realistic and of good quality. A different company showed us a cheap turf sample and told us "this is what has been installed in our neighborhood, this is all that is available " . The samples ARC showed us were much better quality and price than that other company. Each of the crews arrived on time, did a great job and were very professional. We strongly recommend ARC Design, from beginning to completion.

I found their business on Yelp and they are the topnotch for everything. The owner, Cale is super friendly and accommodating. When we have an urgent change, Cale is trying his best to fit us in his schedule. Their turf is beautifully made and our daughter and our dogs loves it so much. What’s to say from the owner Cale the estimator Gio to Kevin and the machine like,no wasted motion crew, completely impressed!! They’re all friendly and approachable, the estimate is detailed as to materials, labor and time of completion!! Also an approximate start date which will be verified and no excuses the day before like there was a full moon last night so we’ll have to reschedule you!! Everyone knows that drill!! Watched as the installation was being done and was really impressed with the attention to the LITTLE details that aren’t seen but contribute to the longevity and the look of the finished project!! I was searching for a landscape contractor to redesign my front yard. After reading impressive reviews online I met with Cale of ARC Design Landscape and explained what I envisioned. Cale took my ideas and came up with a design that exceeded my expectations. At the top of my list was finding a contractor that was professional, would stay on schedule, and do top quality work. I put my trust in Cale and his crew and they hit the ball out of the park. They showed up with a full crew on the first day and stayed on schedule. In less than two weeks I had a stunning newly landscaped front yard. The quality of work is top notch. It was a pleasure to deal with Cale and his crew. Cale was always available to answer any questions during the project. His crew was polite and cleaned up the work area each day before leaving. If you're looking for a company that does superb work in a professional and friendly manner look no further than Arc Design Landscape.Update,Half a year later and still pleased as can be with the job Cale and his crew did landscaping our front yard. The installation was done to last, and it looks good as new after a very wet spring. Great job on drainage. The drip watering system is efficient and economical. Living in an area plagued with weeds and gophers the wire and mesh barriers that were installed eliminated any of these issues.
