I ordered my son's letterman jacket here, and they had great customer service, helped us with all the customization of the jacket, and had a quick turnaround on it. The process was quick and really easy!

Went into shop today to pick up a Letterman's Jacket and received the worst customer service by and Elderly bald Anglo Saxon with terrible teeth. The old man preceded to argue with me over his employee mistake of 30dollars..The customer is always right was not my fault your employee made the mistake.Needless to say I have one more son graduating in 8 years I pray this guy is retired or passed away before then!

Customer service, was on hit. We came in we express what we wanted, and they produced it.. the young man that helped us, was very professional, and explained everything thoroughly. We definitely, we'll be coming back to this location for our future sportswear

Went in on 12/20/22 to get my son a Letterman's jacket. Everything went well at the fitting and was quoted two weeks to pick up the jacket. It's now 01/07/23, more than two weeks of not hearing from Al's so I call and inquire about the jacket. I was dismayed to hear that they need an ADDITIONAL TWO WEEKS to finish my son's jacket. It's been at the embroidery services for over two weeks and it's still not finished? It's ridiculous to wait an entire month for services that were supposed to take only two weeks. Had I known it would take this long I would've taken my business to Berry's in Lemon Grove. Not sure when his jacket will finally be done but I am not a happy customer. Definitely going to urge others to go elsewhere for their jackets. It's a bad business model to over promise and under deliver.

Awesome Customer Service! From the phone calls to rescheduling to 100 questions I had, right down to purchasing and needing all the information for getting a Varsity Jacket done. Their service was awesome! Aly and the young crew were very knowledgeable and very helpful. And mind you, the jacket looks fire too! Thank you guys for all your help - can't wait to see it when it's done!
