I bought an ECU from alba on a Thursday morning. I was told 2 day shipping. 4 days later I called about my product. Finally shipped and fed ex takes 8 days for delivery. After talking with Alba they don't much care sorry. ECU arrived and doesn't work with my machine. ECU codes and the machine won't go into gear. Call alba and they don't really care again. Sending the ECU back. My card has been charged 16 days ago for an ECU core that still doesn't work. Totally unsatisfied. If you work hard for your money spend it with people who care.

These guys are so awesome. They know what they're doing when it comes to proper setup. Doesn't matter if your riding sand, dirt or mud. ECU pros. Awesome custom setups, dyno equipment and they know how to use it. Great customer service and they're willing to work with you to find the right solution. Thanks guys!

Very dissatisfied!!! I ordered my sons Christmas gifts from Alba. Alba did not honor online price even though funds had been deducted from account. They had made a system error on there part and emailed me to tell me of such. They would not honor the online price. In the midst of trying to come to a deal with them they canceled my order all together. Subpar customer service. What happened to people honoring there mistakes.

I ordered a set of nerf bars for my 05, yfz450. I received bars for a warrior 350. I was going to keep them cause I have 2 warriors and 1 has a set of albas on it and they are nice bars but when I put them on the warrior the brack that mounts to the footpeg on brake side has a large gap between peg and bar mounts. The mounting bracket was welded out of place on the bars (I know this because I am an ASME welder/fitter and have been for yrs) so i have to send them back. Not only did I receive parts for the wrong atv they didn't even fit the atv they were for. Hope this gets corrected.

If you want the most power out of your yxz these guys are the answer. Exhaust, cams, tune and you will run with turbo machines. Got on the podium at redbull beach scramble with Alba parts!

they have great products just dont buy their 200+ hp clutch kit, its garbage i got 9 rides out of it on a brand new yxz1000R SS withere their GYTR ALBA stage 2 Turbo kit. this did not hold 200hp not even close

I emailed them and told them that they were sending me someone else’s order according to the emails I received. They said no problem and sent my order and someone else’s anyway. I was kind enough to tell them that they could email a shipping label to me which they did and I used my own time and gas to drop at a UPS store.Now the problem starts. I install my suspension kit and one of the rubber mounts for the shock canister had an ear cut off of it. Not a super big deal but for the kind of money I was spending I wanted a replacement part. I call them and they try to convince me that all kits are like that. I don’t believe it. Pics are online. BSo the guy tells me that if I don’t like it to ship the kit back for a refund after spending hours on my install and tells me to fab my own part or go to Ace hardware. Threatens to hang up on me because I was using simple cuss words on the phone. That’s just the way I talk and I never cussed him or actually cursed him. Sensitive! Not acceptable and if I were Elka I wouldn’t want my kits returned over a piece of rubber that’s about 6 dollars each which always come shaped identical. Not happy.It will cost you more money to get the product directly from Elka but if you have a problem hopefully you will get it resolved.

I ordered beadlock rims and they gave me 2 different size bolts in the bag, causing 4 of them to get stuck inside the rim. The customer service was EXCELLENT, they created a label from UPS immediately to get it sent back, and a new one getting shipped within 2 hours of telling them my problem.
