When in to get gas and I got a water bottle that the sign says $1.99 and it rang up as $2.19. I asked the cashier if she could honor it for me and they refused to because they said it’s only $.20 difference, but I would expect to pay the price with the sign Say on there on top of the CRV. They were really rude about it and The store definitely deserves a bad review because they don’t honor the price that says on the sign. I really hope this owner sees this and tell their cashiers to honor the price what it says on there because they clearly went back and saw it was $1.99 and they knew and they didn’t wanna do it!!!!

The ladies that work there are so rude. When I mentioned a lot of the shelf products were expired they said ok...you going to buy it or not? When I asked for a receipt I got an eye roll along with it being tossed to me as she walked away. Very rude the few times I've gone in

Very clean, a lot of options to choose from in the hot plates are, a good variety of freshed baked cookies, the ladies behind the counter were friendly and very helpful as well as quick to get everyone checked out.

The 2 ladies that work at night are the rudest cashiers I have ever dealt with. Horrible attitude and they acted like I was an inconvenience and I interrupted their conversation when I'm trying to pay for the items. I regret even buying from these folks. My wife also had a similar experience and stopped going there years ago. Remember there are options very close by. Avoid this place

Worst 7-eleven I have been to. The slupree machines are never working. Not to mention the horrible customer service. The ladies in there are always in a horrible attitude. I would recommend the 7-eleven that’s a block down. Slupree machines are always working and great customer service.

2 ladies that worked at night need a class in customer service. The taller older lady acts like she hates being there and asks questions thru the plastic screen and gets mad when you can't hear what she is saying. I'm sure they are members of the family that owns the store but I will ask if others have experienced the same disregard for people spending their money at this place and will tell as many people as possible to pass this place to stop at the many surrounding stores where people smile and like the people that live in this community! Those clerks need to find something to bring them some joy. Please sell the store to happier people that don't have such a sour look on their faces I was there on 9/21/2023 at 930pm and already spoke to 3 people who have had bad interactions with the same lady by 1030pm the same day. I hope that this review is seen and really makes her think about CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.

At this 7/11 location, the employees are rude AF!!! Also, if you are not the same race as them, they want you out of their store as quickly as possible. Receiving my change, the stupid b**** basically threw my change in my hand like wtf?!! I could've sworn I handed her the money politely. For anyone needing anything at 7/11, you're better off going to the down the street from them. At least they aren't rude at all.

I was driving a long distance out of gas and needing coffee on a Sunday morning and this was the third 711 I pulled up to and the only one that was actually open. The man behind the counter was pleasant even though it was 4am. Morning saved! Thanks ?

Staff was really rude. They had an item mismarked on price and when I brought it to the worker's attention she tried to belittle me and make me feel stupid for not wanting to spend the extra money so she didn't have to deal with marking her products correctly. There are enough other 7-Elevens around, I'll give my business to someone who cares about customer service.
