Called first to see about tinting a Modern Masters Venetian Plaster, the instructions for the product stated to tint to a Benjamin Moore 2108-10 color, they said because of my product being a venetian plaster it may not "take" or mix with the tint. I told them I was willing to take a chance to go ahead and tint it, after spending 5 minutes trying to explain that I was the one that would be responsible if it did not work out I finally asked the owner's daughter, so you won't do it? She replied no, WHY did she let me go on for 5 minutes without just saying, sorry we just can't do it??? And BTW she never apologized and never gave a reason why they wouldn't do it. This gal needs a class in customer relations. Whatever happened to: The customer is always right?? Also this was a 60 mile round trip. : / I went to Home Depot, they did the tint to the B.M. spec, guess what, came out perfect! Stay away...
