This place is any yogi, beginner or advanced dream. The location, the instructor, and the practice were incredible. I am grateful to have found Olde Oak Meadow Yoga. I will be back! ? Namaste

The first and only infrared heated yoga studio in the Santa Ynez Valley. The space is a luxury renovated barn on a private ranch and vineyard with plenty of natural light and a relaxing atmosphere. We offer a variety of heated and non heated classes: Heated Power Vinyasa Flow, Bikram, Yin, Sculpt and more. Beginner and advanced students will feel right at home. Our community is friendly and welcoming and our teachers are some of the best in Santa Barbara county. Private sessions are also available for individuals or groups and are ideal for bridal parties, bachelorettes, birthdays and other special occasions.
