After a 7 year relationship relationship with Young's we switched a to a provider that sells both wine and beer in an effort to consolidate our vendors. Young's has been incredibly unprofessional and unethical in issuing my restaurant it's long past due credits and has put us through a tremendous run around to get accommodate their back a** accounting system that is both nameless and faceless...I even hand delivered the unpicked up kegs to try and expedite things and thankfully have paper work acknowledging the return from over a month ago that apparently has not been noted in their "system" yet. What a crock of s**** Of course they will be quick to get you back in their fold and have your credits buy more wine or booze but anything short of that, they will screw you like the customer they dread having. They should be embarrassed how they have treated a long term customer. I will tell everyone I know who uses them to watch their back and change vendors.
