Was recommended by a neighbor to call Chris Young for a refi loan. After speaking with Chris, he explained the process throughly, and a few days later I had been pre-approved for the loan. After delivering the documentation needed for a full approval, Chris kept me informed throughout the process all the way to closing.
I highly recommend Chris Young if you are looking to refinance or purchase a home.

My husband and I were scrambling to find a surveyor for our property with no real luck (other than speaking to a company we found online with what seemed to have very little knowledge and horrible customer service skills). Christopher Young to the rescue. He not only referred us (within minutes) to a company he works with who can do the survey we need, but that company also provides the structural and civil engineering services we will need later down the line for our project which is beyond helpful. Thank you, Christopher!!

Chris is excellent at what he does. He is very responsive and has a quick turnaround time. We were never left feeling like we didn't know what that status of our loan was. We went to WF initially and worked with them for weeks. They said they could get us a loan with less than 20% down and no PMI, then went back on what they initially told us. Chris got us exactly what we asked for in A FEW DAYS! We will definitely continue using Chris for all of our loan needs.

We refinanced our home two months ago. We were referred to Chris and found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. We did find that if we followed Chris' directions, the financing went quickly and painlessly. We did check with our bank and they were unable to compete with Chris. We will caution anyone looking to Chris for financing. If you are not serious and only shopping, do not, I repeat, do not contact Chris. He does not put up with any type of games. If you are serious, I highly recommend Christopher Young. William P.
