I recently had solid hardwood floors installed in my three bedrooms to replace the existing carpet. My entire experience working with World of Carpet One Floor & Home has been exceptional, from the initial meeting with Kevin in sales and estimates. We discussed all my options and I'm very happy with the product I chose, and being able to closely match existing wood floors in the rest of my house. Scheduling was easy and done at my convenience. Best of all was the installation by Keith who did beautiful work, as well as being considerate, friendly, and quiet. The disruption to my life was minimal. It's almost like I had these floors forever. I highly recommend World of Carpet One and wouldn't hesitate to consider them for any flooring project in my home.

I am aghast that 24 hrs after the flooring installation was completed I recieved a phone call from the owner of the installation company checkin up on how I felt.
NOT ONCE DID ANYONE FROM YOUR COMPANY REACH OUT!!!
You have zero customer appreciation!
Who dropped the ball on thg he window coverings? Kevin?
Eleven weeks to get the products when my neighbor who I recommended USE YOU ONLY WAITED 6 WKS.
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!

Tim was super accommodating and available while choosing carpet that fit my needs and budget. The installation coordinator was congenial and caring. The men who installed the carpet (Nick? and another lovely gentleman) were friendly, skilled, and offered services outside their purview. Thanks so much, highly recommend!!

World of carpet has been in business for decades. I understand why. When I choose the store to just browse for carpet I ended up purchasing the carpet, and that was my last stop. No pressure, just good old fashioned Customer Service. I do appreciate it very much. Everything went very well, the installers were two brothers very helpful. They understood our concerns and made it sure we felt comfortable on our final decision to install the carpet. The were trustworthy guy’s.

I had a very good experience with World Of Carpets. Tim, the sales person gave me a very fair price and treated me very well. I made so many changes to the order, but he kept up with them And never seem to fluster.
The two gentlemen that installed the flooring were so professional and work seamlessly together. ( Turns out they were brothers )
My floors were done in a day and they looked so good. It made a big difference in the room.

We need repair for an 8’ wide Hunter Douglas blind. Everyone we spoke with was kind and communicative. When the blind was repaired, we were out of town and they delivered it to our home for us. Above and beyond!

Needed to select floor covering for bathroom due to flood having no idea what I wanted. Staff gave me all the information I needed to make decision as to type, durability, amount needed, etc. Very courteous.
