My first time inside of the Santa Rosa Plaza mall & I stopped by Windsor Fashions. I was so unsure where ti start! I walked in and was instantly welcomed by an amazing associate, her name was Erin and she is Fabulous. Thank you for making my stop wonderful

The manager is unprofessional as fuck to busy being on her phone. If I ask the employees anything about after pay, Klara they their response is I don't know I'm not sure and we're only on ZIP

There is a redhead employee there who is extremely disrespectful and asks of customers to put back items where they're originally placed after trying on, claiming its because the items will get damaged. Maybe do your job instead of standing around and gossiping with other coworkers. This is like a librarian telling a person to put back every item they pulled off the shelf themselves, ridiculous. I hope management sees this and fires her, thats if she isnt yet. Again, i saw and heard this happen to a poor girl simply looking for a cute dress. Maybe order online from this store, or dont even shop from here at all.

Every time I come to this place it’s closed. I waste 1 and 30 mins to travel to this store (it’s the nearest to me) and I find it closed. It would be nice if they could update their hours when this happens.

The hours they are open are not what is posted here. I've gone twice to try to return something and they've been closed. Such a waste of time. They lost my business.

Really poor service. I was given bad information about returning something, the girl who helped me was snotty and said "I really don't think my manager would have told you that" regardless I took the store credit on one item. The other item was shipped and she couldn't figure out how to return it, she brought in another girl who also failed and they told me to "come back". I drove an hour to return this item so I insisted she needed to find a way and three minutes later it was done, only because I pushed. She was overall rude, unhelpful and it was a bad experience start to finish. I'd say I'll never come back but I now have store credit I have to use, so can't wait to return. I get they are young, but it was the snottiness that really was annoying, she made no effort to be polite or accommodating.

Such a great store and helpful staff! Definitely the best place to find a dress for an event. Kendra was SO helpful and went above & beyond to help us pick out a dress. Great prices and lots of other cute clothes & accessories too.

Normally I don't do reviews but I just had to this time. I went into Windsor initially to just look around to see if they had any long party dresses, not set on buying anything. As soon as I walked in I received a huge warm welcome by a beautiful young women. Her name was yovanna, she proceeded to ask what I came in looking for and showed me to the special occasion dresses. For me it's usually very difficult to find dresses in a XL but she just came out with so many different options and styles in the sizes I needed. She even recommended me what I can add to make the outfit come together. Above and beyond customer service! This women needs a raise and definitely deserves it. I will be coming back and will be a regular from now on just because of this experience.

I was so glad when I saw they decided to open a Windsor store at this mall. Very friendly staff and everything is well organized! A must go to!!
