Gigantic inventory. Amazing selection. Sales manager (?) Vanessa is horrific. She took 5 months to order what Home Depot got for us in 3 days! And she got our order completely wrong. She messed up the fabrication piece—twice! Then left off a third of the stacked stone. Maybe go there for ideas. But, dispatch is a nightmare, sales manager (?) horrible. Don’t know how they survive.

This was my 5th stop for landscape materials and I wish it had been my first. They have the best selection, good prices, and are still interested in helping homeowners with smaller orders.
Jose was great to speak with too. He took the time to answer all my questions and made great suggestions without being pushy. I’ll be coming back here for the next project.

Helpful staff. Picked up a yard of Forest Mulch. It looks great. Found very little trash in it. I always find too much trash in the bagged commercial branded mulches. The price per yard had dropped a bit too. I always go to WZ for my landscaping supplies.

We've been quite satisfied with our experiences (over the last 27 years) that we've been doing business with Wheeler Zamaroni. We've purchased many things from them!!! We've found the staff friendly and helpful!! You usually need to go inside for help, but how can a person object to that???

This place is overpriced and the staff is incompetent. The customer service person behind the desk was having a hard time figuring out how much pebbles I needed. I gave her the measurements and how thick I wanted the area and she kept coming up with different numbers!! She kept asking ME if I was buying enough and if her numbers were correct?? Two days later they call me with the final weights on the materials and a new customer service person asks me if I had the right amount. Strange!!??? I repeated my yard space and said I hope it is. Their delivery fee is 235.00! They only drove 5 miles to my home!! A friend a few doors down from me wanted to add to my delivery and they said THAT WOULD BE A SECOND FEE!! Overall POOR service from an incompetent staff. Veronica the Manager is no better. She sits behind her computer in the back and doesn't seem to care to train or to do what's right. Rules are rules! I guess even if they are bad rules!? Good luck with calling them!! Like being on hold for over 25 min!?? Sad. A beautiful location but the price and service leaves much to be desired. Go somewhere else!!

From the friendly person who helped me with placing my order over the phone to the delivery guy, (who absolutely nailed getting the load into my precarious driveway) and the rocks themselves, I am beyond happy with Wheeler Zamaroni! I am so very appreciative for the exceptional customer service shown to my by Vanessa. I have had a very difficult time with my backyard project and have put it on hold for months due to the stress. Vanessa went out of her way to help me and researched what it is that I was looking for And gave me a wide variety of options to choose from. She was very thoughtful, patient and took the time to help me get just what I am looking for.
