I went to cash a check from the church I work at and it took about 15 almost 20 minutes they really made me feel like I was doing something fraudulent their procedure is completely underminding I would not suggest using this Bank

30 years in business and 15 of those with Westamerica In a time of crisis, this is not your bank! Their website was not available for days, then when it was, suddenly they are not receiving any new applications. Not only are we not working, but now we can't get help! When this is over I will take all my business else where Bank if the West has been very good, they knew all the information ahead of the game and service their business clients well. So disappointed, years of a relationship proved to b one way.

This rating is not for this branch, it's for Westamerica online banking. What a joke. I only have a savings account because we have a safe deposit box. Starting soon, we have to do e-statements otherwise we will be charged. Fine. I have been trying to get this online account for weeks. Yes, I'm not spending every waking hour but each time it's "fixed" the fix doesn't work. My account had inconsistencies on their side and that's why I couldn't sign up online, but it took them time to find it. Then "fix" it, but it's still not "fixed" so instead of being able to call their customer service on a Sunday and get them to actually fix it, no, it must be done on a weekday. I do all my banking online with three other banks, no problems ever. This one is a complete F up. I recommend NOT banking at Westamerica.
