I'd have to say, West Coasts communication is top notch. They always keep you updated step by step along the way so you really know what exactly your money is going towards. People here are really nice as well. Definitely will recommend this place to anyone with a performance diesel.

Tre and the crew took top notch care of the job performed. This is the 2nd truck over the lest 10 years that needed work done and they diagnosed the problems and fixed the issues quickly even when the shop was full of jobs.

These guys aren't just incredibly knowledgeable about ANYthing diesel, but they are just amazing humans in general. My Duramax wasn't holding a prime and they came TO ME, on their time and dollar (!!) to find the issue in minutes and White Knight me to get me back on the road when I was dead in the water at the gym. That's beyond great customer service and unheard of these days. I will forever take my diesel here for anything big or small and so should you. You won't regret it.

Great service, truck is always running/driving perfect when I get it back. Very transparent about what is needed vs. recommended, ongoing communication during the process. This is true for both locations. I'll never go to another shop again. 2008 Duramax.

These guys know their stuff, but unfortunately I had to return numerous times to correct issues that were supposedly fixed and pay additional diagnostic fees to boot. Additionally- my check engine light was on and they were supposed to fix that too and completely overlooked that.. So- I'm not the happiest camper atm.

I highly recommend West Coast Diesel, one of the things I really appreciated was their customer care first attitude. I also like to add the Mechanic knew what he was talking about and all his recommendations were spot on. I took in my 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500 Duramax and the mechanic was very familia with it. He was a Duramax enthusiast so if you decide to go here, rest, assure you’re in good hands.
