I know people like to complain about Wells, but I’ve had a great experience at this branch. Everyone is sharp, helpful, efficient, and interesting!

The Wells Fargo Bank at 6585 Oakmont Dr, Santa Rosa, CA 95409 provides the best banking experience. I have been a customer of numerous banks throughout the US and no else even comes close. Each employee greets you with a smile from the time you enter until the time you depart ensuring that you get the best possible service. Nothing else can compare.

This is a postal contractor. So not 100% of services but has most of the basics you need. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Very uncomfortable experience. Standard USPS services are not available here. Very condescending staff. I will not be back

A post office that doesn't accept packages. Let that sink in for a bit.

This post office is a satellite location inside of a Wells Fargo. I found them to be friendly and it's convenient seeing as how I don't live in Kenwood or main Santa Rosa.

Despite the other scathing review about this bank branch, my many experiences have been positive. I have 4 accounts here and rent a safety deposit box. Branch managers seem to come and go on an annual basis, but that never seems to negatively impact the quality of customer service. My one sniggley observation, the possible longer than necessary wait times for a teller. It's not a fault of the counter folks (tellers). As the majority of the Oakmont customers are REALLY old, it takes them forever to complete the simplest of transactions. I have literally stood behind a customer who took 10 minutes for a $100 cash withdrawal. The ancient customer obviously never used an ATM. If you're not in a grand hurry, the experience inside this bank can be a little side trip to the twilight zone.

The only good thing about this bank is it's convenience for Oakmont residents. I would strongly urge those residents, however to drive a little further and go to a bank that at least has a clue how to run a bank and maybe cares about you rather than just your money . I had to close a few of Mom's accounts after she passed and I have to be honest, I have never seen such incompetence in a bank. No one seems to know what they are doing and if you are unfortunate enough to have Paul helping you, run screaming in the other direction. I banked with Wells more than 10 years ago and assure you it will NEVER happen again. To add insult to injury I was charged over $1000 because of their incompetence. Use them as an atm but leave the investments to those who will take care of your money, not just take it.

Saturday morning Farmers Market in the parking lot. Great local produce AND unique goods.
