Contrary to the hours posted on Yelp this business is closed on Saturdays. Open weekdays limited hours. Does have Wells Fargo ATM

Why have a phone number if you don’t answer? Been calling for an hour with a simple question. Between this problem and the fact that you charge me a fee to cash a check written by a customer of your bank, I will never open an account with this company. WORST PHONE SERVICE.

Just opened an account there today (7-13-18) and all I can think of is "I should have done it sooner". Marcos Estrada was very informative and easy to talk to. He explained the basics of the account and the online features. My temp debit card (which I really need asap) was available and ready for use (tested already) right away. Nyeli, one of their managers is very friendly and very accomodating as well. I was in and out in under an hour (incliding setting up online/app features) and it was a very positive friendly experience. This bank is also conveniently located inside Safeway so you can shop, rent from Redbox, and do your banking in one drive. Convenience is important and very welcomed but their friendly and welcoming attitude is a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommended.

I deposit my rent to my landlady's account here. Its open late and all day on Saturday inside a grocery store makes it very convient. I however would never bank at Wells Fargo just because of their prior treatment of clients. But hey to each their own. If you want to bank here it's up to you.

This bank is a joke. I came to cash a 3500 check and they told me they couldn't do it since it was over their limit.... funny thing is I've cashed much larger checks with them before so I was a little annoyed. Marco the guy helping me was a total idiot and his manager Oscar I believe was his name was even a bigger idiot. He wouldn't even come over and talk to me as I politely asked. He kept sending his minion Marco to be the messenger. If your not a member they won't even acknowledge you they will treat you like crap. Marco even had the nerve to ask my why I went to cash the check there and not my bank when the check was as issued by one of their members. This branch is a joke seriously. I'm so happy I don't bank with these clowns.

This branch is very busy, people who go there know this and expect to wait. The staff does a great job with getting people in and out. Everyone there is very friendly and being inside Safeway makes it convenient!

30 min wait at this branch to cash a freaking check. Avoid this place at all cost. Horrible service. I like to go into Wells Fargo banks on occasion to remind myself why I don't bank here. Teller told me this branch gets a lot of fraud and it's not surprising.
