So aggravating that none of the ATMs will take the digital ATM tap card & says I need to use my card or without my card have to go inside a crowded bank with over 20 people in line. What is the point of encouraging customers to use their digital wallet when the bank ATMs fail to be able to read them?

I'm very disappointed with the shortened hours the WF branches are open. It is painted on the doors they are open until 5 pm, but in actuality they are only open until 4 pm. If you work a 9-5 pm job, the branch is not available to these customers and this does not serve them well. If the advantage of banking here is having a brick and mortar building to do your banking, this lack of availability has created a lost of incentive to remain a Wells Fargo customer. The many on-line banks are becoming much more appealing plus their high yield savings accounts offer much more interest on your savings. After 35 years of banking at WF, not sure it makes sense any more.

I rarely have to go into a bank any more but my last couple of visits here were remarkably friendly and efficient. And now you don't even have to be a bank robber to wear a mask.

Very helpful, friendly, and courteous staff. Following COVID regulations also so felt comfortable going in. There was a lady behind me not wearing a mask and they asked her to put it on so I appreciated that.

Great drive up atm. Did not have an opportunity to go inside the bank, however, based on their both drive up, as well as walk up atm, I'm sure it's lovely. We also did have a wonderful picnic in the parking lot with no problems, other than the freeway noise, which we can't fault the branch for. Anna and I give it 6.25 grilled cheese sandwiches

I've had a long bumpy run with wells fargo. From the East Bay to SF, Portland OR, Sonoma County... this has been the most courteous bunch. Every time I go in here it is pretty busy but that doesn't bug me, it is what it is... and it goes fast enough. The service is what matters and it's on point. My last trip I was in a pinch and only needed quarters with cash in hand. Mr David Rodriguez was so kind as to help me on the side quickly since it was a simple transaction. Simple or not he didn't have to do that, I could have waited in the long line like everyone else. But instead of waiting twenty minutes I was in and out in five. Excellent service.

They have a business teller but yet the business line is long and we don't get helped. What's the point if you're not going to follow how the bank is set up and specify business services/merchant teller? They have 3 other tellers for the non business line and yet they can't seem to make either line move at as reasonably measure.
