it calls itself a coinless laundry yeah they do accept coins, and the process to use a debit card or prepaid card, create a larger problem. for example if I use a card for a dryer the cost of that drives 75 cents butt swiping my card it puts a $15 hold. in the end I can be charged the 75 cents for the dryer use and get my 14.25 released from hold 2,3,4,7 days later or a glitch can happen and not have it returned at all. therefore having to call around call my bank call the property facility for the dryer was in use to see why 14. 25 is still being held. apps like pay range or Dexter pay alleviate that problem so much money being held after the laundry service has been completed

Great place to do laundry. But word of caution. Don't leave your clothes unattended. As there are homeless thieves that will steel your clothes and resale them online.

Depending on time and day, Wash World can be pretty busy. Other than that, machines seem to be maintained well for the most part and it's usually fairly clean inside.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I WENT, ONLY THE MACHINES STEAL YOUR MONEY, WHEN WANTING TO DRY THE CLOTHES I PAID FOR THE MACHINE AND IT NEVER DRY MY CLOTHES I TRIED ANOTHER DRYER AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED. VERY BAD SERVICE

Don't care for this card payment u have no idea how much is on the card? It only tells u when you put it in and u have no money left on it noway to tell how much is left or yr balance very strange I'll take quarters any day over this? Confusion not needed people!!

First time here and will be last! I did two loads using my credit it’s charged me $30 even though on the dryer says $.75 and washer says $5.75! Charged $15 to wash and $15 to dry! Not coming back again ✌?

Parking can be tricky at no fault of the owners, people have a tendency to ignore the painted lines and take up multiple spots. Otherwise, this place is usually clean and machines are available even when it's busy. You can purchase a wash card or use your bank card to do laundry. Whenever I've had issues with machines taking my money and not working (for me its happened twice in two years), I was promptly refunded by calling the number on the wall. Glad to have a place close to my apartment that doesn't require me to hunt for quarters.

Easy and convenient. Clean and always has washers and dryers available. The parking situation is definitely not ideal but not a deal breaker by any means.

Not very clean. Half the machines are always broken. My laundry doesn't get as clean as it should. The homeless camp out inside also at times. Took the attendant on the phone forever to respond to my refund.
