Slowest pharmacy on earth. The art of efficiency is lost in today’s society. It’s annoying af to have to pick up a medication and there’s a long line, ONE working terminal and excessive chatter in the background. Nonsense. Will be doing mail order with a mom and pop pharmacy going forward.

I am disabled and in a wheelchair from 2 car accidents (not my fault) in 1991. In addition a surgery on my spine was done adding titanium disc's to replace my badly damaged ones. I am in intense pain constantly and additionally have a neurological condition known as Fibromyalgia. I have tried dozens of treatments and medications. Finally my Dr and I settled on a type of medication that is highly regulated, but still completely legal only dispensed at pharmacies. Although my Dr followed all laws related to this medicine the pharmacy constantly had false reasons for not filling the electronic prescription. Such as we are out of stock, we don't carry this medicine, etc etc. After clearly stating they did have and could dispense it. Unfortunately I get violently ill without proper dosage and have to go to the ER however when the pharmacy was told this they were silent and I was put on hold for over an hour. I was forced to give up. The problem is nowadays for people needing this legal medicine it is nearly impossible to get. The result is unbearable pain.

Threw my back out so the er dr prescribed me 4 medications last night. Had to send my husband who came back with 2 because they had failed to check the faxes. He also listened to them talk unprofessionaly about customers. Not much of a surprise.

I go here to pick up my prescription and it’s never too long of a line to get it. The staff is nice and are helpful with regard to questions. There have been a few times where I waited in line at the drive through and it took maybe 15 minutes which isn’t bad. Plus it’s near where I work

We had problems getting our Covid shots approved through our BCBS insurance, using their confusing insurance cards. The busy staff at this Walgreens were patient, polite, and eventually accepted a direct call from our insurance company to walk them through the process. Incredible customer service indeed, to be sure we got our Covid and flu shots. Thanks to the get-it-done dedicated staff at Walgreens.

Everything was locked down,it was so weird! If you wanted anything you seriously had to find an employee and have them walk around with you in order to get anything!

Truly terrible experience at this Santa Rosa, Calif., store (Piner and Marlow Roads). Many, many shelves empty. Very impolite cashier (Lorenzo). Damaged restrooms unavailable to customers. How does this store stay in business??

I can walk to this store and I'm very glad I switched to their pharmacy for my uncle's medications. Very friendly pharmacy staff. I also recently had the store manager Tamina help me with some stuff and she is wonderful. she devotes personal attention to each customer. And the cashiers Ruby and Eduardo are also very pleasant.

Sunday night at nearly 10pm and there are 10+ people in line with one cashier. The manager was walking the isle. Why couldn't she help at the register? I'd come back but it just needs deliberate management.

Terrible customer service. Very unhelpful and only one cashier at a time leading to long lines. Pharmacy is rude and you have to wait almost an hour to speak with anyone over the phone.

I wish this Marlow rd Santa Rosa store was more geared towards helping customers, but they are NOT. I heard how awful they were so I called late when there was not a rush of people. Brenda was put out and rude when I called looking for a product that online said they had it. She was sassy and offered no help. I wont be shopping at this crappy store when I can go online without the bad attitude and snappy righteous commentary I received. Shame on you Walgreens. You lost another customer! Boo!

It depends who you get at this pharmacy, there used to be a tall gentleman who worked there who was nice and just got on with it. But now it's just full of rude staff who do not listen to your doctor and just do whatever the hell they want. Not recommended at all.

I stopped using this pharmacy long ago when I discovered Tuttles on Sonoma Ave. After a weekend trip to urgent care I needed a Rx filled. Tried to call to make sure Rx was there. No answer. Drove over while on hold up until I got to the window only to be told come back tomorrow we close in 45 minutes. After explaining that I wouldn't be at the window ( or in so many words )wasting my time for 30 minutes if they had answered the phone and I'm not leaving without medication. Pharmacist comes out and says well, we didn't get the Rx. I call urgent care. Not only do the have confirmation of receipt, the pharmacy called them to clarify dispensing instructions. So now I tell her that's absolutely not true and low and behold she finds the order. Unbelievable. Was I just lied to? I then go inside and watch everyone in the drive thru be told to come back and that they don't refill Rxs unless you contact them to do so. Big problem if they don't answer the phone ya think? I feel sorry for the folks working there because it is a very hard job at best BUT corporate office needs to get their mess cleaned up before someone is adversely affected and not just inconvenienced. This is a problem at a lot of pharmacies and we should be worried.
