Bad business practices.. just Google this company and you'll see they've been investigated for possible frauds etc. That'll give you some insight into what kind of company they're .

Poor customer experience. Shipping was delayed and missed our event. Customer service failed to understand the impacts to missing a delivery.

I've been on hold for over an hour trying to get something clarified/corrected. We received a suspicious charge on our credit card from this company and I can't get to a person to talk with to straighten this issue out.

Had I written this review several years ago it would have been a 4 or 5, but this last experience with them has left me disappointed beyond the point of ever ordering from them again. I have ordered personalized wine bottles from Windsor Vineyards for many, many years. I have ordered them for friends, family members, bosses and even for every guest at my sons rehearsal dinner! So when I ordered what I thought would be a special 50th birthday gift for a friend, I was shocked at the quality, or should I say complete lack of quality, of their product now. I ordered 7 bottles and had to pay the exorbitant extra fee for quick shipping in order for it to arrive on time, completely my fault for having waited so long to order. Imagine my surprise when I opened the box and saw that the labels were made of flimsy paper and looked as though they were printed from an employees computer, as opposed to the glossy, heavy material used in the past. The picture was grainy, blurry and quite difficult to make out. Given that I was out of time, I was forced to present that to my friend as my gift to her. Frankly, I was embarrassed to do so. I sent an email to customer service at Windsor Vineyards and stated my plight including the fact that I was out of time and had to give her the wine with that label. My "case" was sent directly to my "Sr. Wine Consultant", Tina. This person was someone I had used ONCE in the past to assist me, I predominantly prefer to do this on my own. Her snarky response to my email was that I should have contacted her for help prior to ordering. My reply... I like to create the label on my own because it feels more intimate. She said she'd send a call tag for me to return the wine for a refund, which of course I could not do because I had already given it as a gift (as I had mentioned in my first email). I reminded her of this and said that I hoped there was something else she could do to help, I also suggested that they clearly state on their website that the labels are made of paper. Her response....."when the call tag arrives, just reject it" Seriously??? No apology, no compensation, no compassion? Just a blow off. I have literally spent thousands of dollars with this company and that's how I am treated? I guess their business model doesn't allow for them to treat loyal customers with respect. They must be doing pretty well if they can respond this way knowing they will permanently lose these loyal customers. Don't waste your time or money with this poorly run company.

The #1 family of wines in the United States hands down. Vintage Wine Estates has something for every wine enthusiast from the affordable to the collectable. Great offerings from the Northwest like Tamarack to Firesteed and then there is Oren Roe! Napa has amazing winery locations and wines from Calistoga like Clos Pegase and Girard and Swanson in the heart of the Valley. You need a top drawer sparkling wine you have Paula Kornell! In Sonoma Valley you'll find gems at B.R. Cohn and Kunde. The Central Coast has excellent wines from Qupe to Laetitia. The best canned wine pioneer Alloy is the bomb and easy to pack if you are hiking or headed to the beach. And one of my favorites along those lines of easy to transport, GAZE. The most innovative wine cocktail ever & ready to drink on the rocks or after a good chill. Cheers to Vintage Wine!!

I became a member at Viansa several months ago, but had to cancel because it became too expensive for me. I got confirmation that I ended my membership, but I recently checked my bank account and I got another charge from Viansa for $130!!! What the hell? When I called VWE they just route me to Viansa, and Viansa never answers their phones. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Why am I still being charged for something I cancelled?! How could this be looked over? Rude and unprofessional for both VWE and Viansa. Why do places make it so difficult to cancel a wine member subscription. Don't join.

I recently placed an order online for a Christmas gift and was having trouble making a payment. I used the online chat feature to talk to a rep who was very helpful and able to get me in contact with Becky Williams. She called me right away to help and followed up with an email to let me know I had a contact with the company if I ever needed anything. Once the day went on, I realized I had made a mistake on my order and decided to reach back out to Becky. She went out of her way to make the fix for me and emailed me with an update that she was able to get it done. Great customer service - thanks, Becky!

This company is suing to reverse a decision that will save countless lives. This decision came after many needless deaths including an 18 year old who had just graduated and was beginning his life full of adventures that will never be had now. The family fought harder than I’ve seen a family fight to change the intersection and save future families from the devastation they endured. And this company decides that profit and convenience is more important than your life or the lives of your loved ones. They don’t deserve your business if they don’t give a damn about your life.

Company sued to stop the solution to the cause of loss of human life. Common since seems to be not present at this business and it’s company's. Please do not buy their products. The intersection crossing a highway that allows cross traffic to pull in front of fast cars buses trucks is outdated. How about build a frontage road to a modern style intersection on your property. There is no amount of money worth the cost of a bottle of wine.

This company puts profits before lives. They would rather keep a dangerous intersection open than close it because it would make them more money. My best friends life was taken because of this intersection and this company wants to stop the closing of it. The city has decided to close this intersection yet this company sues to keep it open. I urge everyone to boycott this business because they value money over lives. They would rather have their customers utilize the unsafe turn and risk their lives just to make some money.
