Super helpful and attentive. Sean was amazing and trying juggle multiple customers. The other employees were all super helpful and one in training did everything he could to learn everything throughout the process while trying to assist customers as best he could as well. Very professional store

My nearly 80 year old mother needed a new phone: transferring from one contract to another; and very old Samsung phone to an iPhone. Sean was SO helpful to our family. He remained pleasant, patient, persistent, guiding, effective and active for six hours. Our former carrier was very disorganized, making it impossible for my mom to cut the service alone, but Sean did it. Her phone was in need of a new SIM card making it difficult to get the data transfer--but Sean did it. She is hard of hearing with minimal knowledge of phone technology, and Sean guided her in feeling more confident. He helped her in so may ways. He even found her the best deals!! All day, we enjoyed the process of solving insurmountable problems, getting to new breakthroughs, elevating my newly widowed mom's confidence and social participation. Her new iPhone journey has begun, with a solid friend in the iPhone business. Verizon coverage is unbeatable in more areas than att. Their prices are competitive and service contacts fair. We love it all and will be returning to work with the team at Verizon Coddingtown Santa Rosa, California. Thank you!!! We highly recommend

I took my mother-in-law to get a new phone and the team at this store went over and beyond. Shawn was very knowledgeable about the different phones including their features and benefits and taught us how to use her new phone. The manager Jay has a great team and you can tell works to create a professional culture.

The staff is so smart in their field. Friendly and one of them always looks up ( they are busy) to great you and give you the low down on the wait.Verison actual phone " service" reception is poor at times.

Not recommended!Call quality/coverage has NOT improved for the past decade. Customer service is horrible. Agents are polite once you get to them. However, that may never happen. More likely, the automated phone system will give you the run-around, then eventually drop your call.Update..Verizon's reply to this review further demonstrates their disconnect. Looks to be an automated (or cut & paste) reply that doesn't address the concerns reported. Instead, they ask that I take additional time to engage with their email (bot) system.Unimpressed!

Carlos was prompt, efficient and courteous to both me and my nephew. He worked hard to serve our needs, some of which were a bit complicated with a double phone transfer: old to new, oldest to old. He answered our questions patiently and made sure our apps were working before we left the store. I would gladly use his services again.

I had given them 5 stars but after trying to transfer phone lines and ordering new phones it went down hill! They made me waste my time, gas, and patience. I had to take more than 5 trips to try to activate 3 phone lines, their customer services messed my account up and the store was no help. Eventually Verizon committed fraud by adding two phones with phone lines and a watch. Mind you, I never got anything!!! They messed up my account and all they say is to call customer service? and even customer service can’t fix this mess! Oh and my new iPhone 15 pro max is trash! It freezes and heats up. They didn’t want to receive it if the box doesn’t come with the phone. So save your boxes people!!

Don't bother making an appointment. They don't honor them they just go based on who wrote their name on the sign in paper first. Don't bother going to trade in your phone here unless you bought it from here. They won't help you even if the person making the appointment on the phone said they could.
