I had an unexplained malfunction with my Pixel 8. Denny and the crew helped me through the process, demonstrating knowledge of possible problems and making sure that I got a replacement phone with no inconvenience. Amazing customer service!!

I switched to Version two years ago and they supposed to get 250$ for each line tell now I did not get I spoke with four different managers to help me with this issue with out any luck I went few days ago to talk to the business manager sonoy he refused to come out and talk to me and refused to make appointment for a different day. I talked to different manager he were very rude and don't want to help me with my issue. I don't recommend Verizon they lies to people and they don't treat their customers in high level.

Super unhelpful kept sending me between stores. Could not take responsibility for messing up my upgrade. I worked with Carlos who was super condescending and rude. Acted as if I was the burden. His attitude was super unprofessional. I am out several hundred dollars because of them.

This place is a joke. If you’re not going to buy anything I don’t recommend coming to this store. Since they get paid commission they don’t like helping ppl is it’s not a sale. We waited so long for someone to help us even tho there was 5 employees standing - talking to each other until I had to say something.

Helpful friendly staff. But they didn't check my micro SD slot and exchanged my new phone for the old one with my 1tb card in it!
