Im not sure why they ask me every single time what kind of oil I want installed. Just use the oil that the manufacturer recommends, and stop selling me on things I don’t need.
Also there’s a light fixture on the side of the building that fell over and is an extreme fire danger. They need an electrician ASAP.

Incredibly speedy experience, reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly. I'd go out of my way to go here again for an oil change.

My oil change was past due and I was driving from Santa Rosa to Willits and back later that day. After eating my lunch, At 12:20 I called them and asked if I could take my car in right away, how long would it take for an oil change? 20 minutes they said…I was there in 5 minutes, and as promised my car was done in the time they promised and I was back at work by 1 pm. Now that was a productive lunch hour. Thank you Valley Fast Oil & Lube for your fast friendly and efficient service. Here’s a rose for you.

Edit: I called in and they told me to come in and get it fixed. Within 10 min I was back on the road. Thanks all!!Old review:I really appreciated the friendly service and fast turn around to get my oil changed. Unfortunately, on my drive later that evening I realized the undercarriage had come loose and was scraping the ground. This is the first time I've had any issues with Valley Oil, as all other services have been great. Would you be able to get this replaced? The undercarriage plastic is shredded from dragging on the ground. Thanks for your help.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We took our car in for a simple oil change and were told to come back in an hour because they didn't have the right oil or oil filter. They had the car for an hour after that, then said they couldn't do the oil change and had no explanation. No documentation was provided for this. A couple days later, we noticed it was leaking oil. We took it to a mechanic and found out that Valley Fast Oil and Lube had actually done damage and that is why they couldn't change the oil.We had to replace the oil pan, broken engine mounts, the oil had metal in it...They absolutely REFUSED to make any of this right and threatened us if we took it to court.Whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS.
