Rue employees no help at all. Did on line for 30 min for them to tell me the enveloped self stamped were only given by one employee and she's not there so annoying

Checked google maps and saw it was busier than normal. Waited 15 minutes and came over to ship a package. The line moved faster than I could fill out the shipping label. We’ll done postal workers!

Waiting in line for 15 mins now. I’m 3rd in line but only one staff person and he disappeared. There are 15 people behind me. This USPS NEEDS MORE STAFFING to accommodate the consumers. People are still coming in but most are now turning away and leaving. Oh now I’m second in line as the person who was next in line left. It’s frustrating because I need to purchase $200 in stamps and I have to wait now 20 plus mins to spend $200. Perhaps I should just go to Safeway or Costco to purchase stamps.

Love this post office lines barly ling but maybe Christmas time. Workers are nice helpful. Only thing change is po box to be open 7 days a week so grt the mail n open tell 8

The worst kind of person that could be found to serve at a government institution is the employee who knows they will never be fired no matter how they treat their customers. John treats nearly every customer with disrespect, as if every person bothered him and they were stupid for not knowing something. Why would the manager of this office choose to employ the most abusive people to work with the public?

I have been shipping for a few months several times a week now and have witnessed time and time again the same two employees. John and a shorter heavy set woman with brown hair are consistently extremely rude to the elderly, very condescending almost like some weird power trip. It's very sad to witness and today was my turn. I just finished scattering my mother ashes and pulled myself together to run a shipment out. John spoke over me and cut me off several times to belittle me in front of everyone in line. I actually told him "wow I feel like I'm being treated like a child" I'll be making the trips to Rohnert park now where they seem to get common courtesy and basic respect for others
