Rude/disrespectful manager or owner. Does not seem happy and gives distasteful facial expressions. Likes to create problems rather that offer solutions. Younger staff that works there are extremely helpful and friendly. It’s unfortunate I won’t be back to this location since it is closer to me :( but would rather drive further to do business with consderate happy people :)

Heading to Kenwood to meet the contractor needed some extra paperwork printed they help me here at this store me back on the road within five minutes

I guess I shouldn't be surprised to see that almost half the reviews of this store are negative, with the (owner) who won't share its name, contradicting and making excuses in pretty much every case. I have, over several years had so many negative interactions by these rude, rude, rude people that seem to love to contradict customers and demean and gaslight them, that I'm pretty sure it's a top-down evil disease. It appears this is a private company and I'm not sure why UPS hasn't cut them off entirely. In summation, if on any day you feel that you need to be abused or talked down to, or told how you feel, just drop in this store.
(Owner), please don't bother replying. It would just be gaslighting or justification of your evil soul... I think you need anger management courses. Maybe then your employees, too, would get the idea that treating customers poorly is just wrong, wrong, wrong.

I just went in to return an Internet box, the young lady with glasses and very long acrylic nails was so rude with her tone of voice and body language seems like she is bothered by customers, I always give the same respect I am given so my tone of voice changed right after I said hello, that’s how poor her service was.

Not sure why Jil is always super rude to me every time I go. Her tone of voice with me is just super abrasive and off putting. I make efforts to be courteous and friendly to people, so I don’t believe it is something I did. Idk if there is some personal bias because I’ve seen her interact with other customers while waiting, and the tone is so much more warm and inviting. People should be courteous and foster a positive interaction in all aspects of life, not just work. Unfortunately, this definitely doesn’t happen with Jil when I go in.
I just wanna return packages man, sorry if that inconveniences you.

Better service than most fine dining restaurants around. If the zombie apocalypse happens these are the guys you want in your cornerIt's a freaking UPS store and I - a disgruntled, barely coherent kitchen guy - got some of the best hospitality around. I am not one to write a review but I have to just say the way you get treated at your store is super rude! I live close by so many times I don’t feel like driving so I come in. Unfortunately it seems like every single time I have come in I have felt like the tone is short and dismissive. Please look at how you talk to clients and remember that there are always other places to go.

They are efficient and great at what they do. Plus the last visit when I had a broken knee and was using a walker, Michelle went out of her way to open the door for me. A little kindness makes a big difference at certain times.

Brought in 3 packages to be returned to a vendor. One needed to be taped closed.All I had was a screenshot of a return Q-Code that had been texted to me.(I was dropping them off for someone else)The person scanned it and told me..." I'll take care of everything."Printed out a drop off receipt for me & I was on my way.Super fast, super easy. Zero cost.
