Have an expensive package and the postal code was entered wrong. I have called, emailed, tried the website, the app, and the seller paid $12 two days ago to have the postal code corrected. It listed it as corrected 3 times and has been stuck in "sortation delay" in my county, I'm not allowed to pick it up, it's not at any centers, and it's not out for delivery. I worry it is lost as customer service has no idea where it is and the tracking just keeps saying the postal code has been updated and it is being rerouted to the correct destination with the same city as the location every time
Update:I have reached out via instagram, I really would just like to pick up my package is there a number I can call and talk to a real person in santa rosa?

No way to contact this site which is frustrating especially sense they refuse to deliver a package to my house even after confirming the address multiple times

Their telephone computer does not give me access to my problem to contact personal help, since the number that UPS gave me is from USPS and no wonder why, I cannot follow up either.

As always UPS is days late. Shipping somewhere else from now on. It’s a disaster to get in touch for package tracking. Once you get somebody on the line they have even less knowledge of the status of your package. Space cadets. You can always count on them to ruin your plans. Lost business.

WHY is it...................... My amazon orders are to be delivered to my back door, NOT THE FRONT, once again package got damaged, this time it was special chocolate chip cookies, fresh made, they sat on my porch in the 95 degree blazing sun and are all melted, WHY can't your drivers read shipping instructions, used to have a regular UPS driver and he was awesome, NOT NOW., PERISHABLE should NEVER be left in the blazing sun., What happened to Common Sense?

UPS never delivered a $500 dollar parcel that was supposedly delivered on Dec 27th but can’t get a hold of anyone or get a call back so I guess I’m Phuct!!!

UPS is a negligent, haphazard mess. In my area UPS must be avoided. "Lost" packages (stolen) are very common. Surly, ignorant drivers with poor attitudes. AVOID UPS.

If I could I'd give 0 stars!Expected a delivery Dec 1,2022 as stated by UPS email and tracking, of a Apple iphone 14 max pro 1TB. ($2000,00) Didn't come. So the next day I anxiously awaited once again for my new phone. Didn't arrive again. Kept on tracking on my UPS MY CHOICE. Every time I tracked it would say "preparing for delivery". Well 2 days with No package still, I called support and spoke to someone who said " IT'S LOST "! I asked if it was perhaps stolen and the guy was like " Well I'm really not allowed to say but at this point I think it is" so you could imagine how I felt knowing a UPS employee STOLE my new phone. I immediately contacted Apple support and told them what happened. They said on their end tracking showed it would be delivered today. If not I would need to wait 3 more days then call back and they would do an investigation and send a new one out to me right away. At this point now it's three days. Once again I waited all day and once again it never showed. I emailed UPS support again because I was so pissed off And again and they gave me the run -around telling me it would show up today stay tuned, and they see on their end it says "OUT FOR DELIVERY" Now being Thursday. Four days late. Once again I tracked and said AGAIN "preparing for delivery" So as you might guess, It never showed. I emailed them and said I want an investigation done at the Santa Rosa post office where it was supposedly being processed. And if I don't hear anything within 48 hours will be filing a claim and making a police report. She emails me back and I quote " I understand your need for an update on this package that you are expecting. We sincerely apologize that the package is yet to be delivered until now and was last scanned on 11/29/22. At this point, we recommend initiating a package investigation for us to trace the shipment. Well to this day I have NOT received my package and now Apple is handling the whole thing. Now I am fully aware UPS cannot be trusted with anything. And also have read many UPS employees this year and last year have stolen thousands of items. Arrests have also been made. I will never buy from anyone who ships UPS again. THEY ARE THIEVES!!

I had a package being delivered on oct 4th, 2022 and I wasn't going to be home so I put to deliver to my neighbors house and the driver went to my house and stood at my front door for like 2 min looking at his device and without going to my neighbors house. I was at work so I couldn't tell him anything through the Ring doorbell app and when I called the customer service number the guy didn't understand anything I was trying to tell him and just told me to wait for next day attempt to deliver so I will see how it goes.
