Needed a new cat in time for my smog test and they helped me get it handled quick and with a more reasonable price than any other place that quoted me. They also offered to check before I took it to a star smog to see if it was going to pass. I was unable to take that offer due to being busy and the smog needing to be done asap but the car passed the smog. The service was great and friendly. I am new to the area so if I need any service I’ll for sure be back.

This was my first time going here ,and i had good experience. They were very helpful with explaining what I needed to do to get my car a brake lamp and light inspection. The only thing was that the owner told me I needed a smog, which I was sure I didn't but got anyway. Then, to find out I didn't need it sucked because it cost me 100$, I didn't really have to spend. Just for future customers if your car is registered to you and you buy it back and it's salvaged and you live in an area that don't require a smoke i.e Guerneville or Cloverdale you don't need a smog. You only need to get one. i think the lady from DMV said if it is not in your name or if you live in a place that requires a smog

Can't thank Justin at Ultimate enough! I was considering buying a car from a private party via craigslist and the seller randomly had some time to show it. There were a couple items that didn't quite add up, so I needed an inspection. The seller protested, but we swung by Ultimate. Justin came out for a courtesy preliminary inspection. He found hidden body damage, a power steering leak, and the coup de grace... the odometer read 62k miles, but he researched and found it really had 303,000 miles! He saved me a lot of money and headaches. Thank you!

Great customer service, knowledgeable, and friendly! I always get nervous with mechanics over selling me or using scare tactics for work that's not needed as soon as they say... not here. I was visiting my mother-in-law in Santa Rosa and she told me DMV wouldn't renew her car registration after a recent accident unless she got a brake inspection AND a light inspection by a state-certified shop. So I found this place after googling around and they told me I could bring in the car in a few days. I explained that I was returning home to Oakland the next day - was there any chance they could squeeze me in today? Yes, they replied. So I drove it over there and they did the work in about 30 minutes. Wow - thanks so much Eric!
