Sending workers to do leaf blowing at 3:30am in a residential neighborhood is not only slave labor but against city and county noise ordinances. Yup, this is after I asked them nicely multiple times to adhere to appropriate hours of operation. A few weeks ago I had to call the cops when we had the 3:30am leaf blower wake up call. Guess we will have to report them again and keep calling the cops. True North has demonstrated they have no respect for people who live in the community so how can they possibly care about customers, their employees, or their reputation.

Update: They have responded to my complaints by telling me the tree was a Rhus and that they knew how to prune it. THE TREE IS A PODOCARPUS. They can not even correctly identify the trees they are working on. Avoid them entirely!These guys horrifically pruned a heathy tree on my personal property without my consent. I am a professional in the horticultural industry for the last 20 years, and own a nursery. I have NEVER seen anyone do anything like this to a tree. I own a condo in Cloverdale, they illegally entered my unit and BUTCHERED AN OLD GROWTH PODOCARPUS. The person that did this should be fired. I would never recommend these people and will go out of my way to warn anyone I can of what a careless, incompetent, and irresponsible company this is. IT IS HEARTBREAKING WHAT THEY DID TO THIS TREE. With no concern to its health or shape for the future. Please DO NOT HIRE THEM.Service: Tree landscaping

Gentleman working today at Kaiser in Santa Rosa has been watering the plants here by the patient pick up zone, he's been carrying water to the plants from a distance sort of far, he's working very hard. Keep up the good work!!!

These guys are clueless and lazy. They trim bushes and then instead of picking it up they just blow it under the Bushes. Mowing grass in the rain...

These guys have bo clue when it comes to landscaping. If you want something butchered this is the company for you. If you want your grass mowed when it's soaking wet ,they're your guys. Too lazy to rake up piles of debris they just blow it under the bushes. Leave your sprinklers on during the rainy season ...They're for you. Can't cut low hanging branches off the sidewalks. Too much trouble. I spent 30 years in landscaping and as a golf course superintendent and I can honestly say this is the worst excuse for a landscaping company I've ever seen other than the company they bought out.

The worst ever. Today they got here at 10.30 and sat under trees for 2/1/2 hours. Also every week they blow all the stuff in my yard when it all ready clean. And no regard for cars. I do most of the yard work my self so they done mess it up. They probably get the credit.one mere thing every week the street cleaner comes and the next day they blow everything in the street never pick it up. I even bought a hedge cutter to cut the ivy. oh ya one time they broke my out side water line did not fix wright had to fix myself. When you try to talk to them do not respond. They must not like their job.

Without a doubt the worst landscape company I have ever used! We switched to them hoping they would do an amazing job for us, but from the very beginning all we heard were excuses as to why there were weeds, why the parking lot was not blown, why the plants died, etc. We gave them 30 days to correct all deficiencies, but nothing was corrected. We terminated our contract early, they billed us for the remainder of the contract but never showed up to service the property during their last two weeks. I would never recommend this horrible company to anyone who cares what their landscape looks like.

true north landscaping is the worst there is, they claim that they trimmed a tree and they did not, now they claim they have to get a tree cutter, the work they do is disgusting and all they know how to do is use a loud blower. they can't even mow lawns, they lie and say things gave been done when they have not

True North has come by at least two times now and no longer blows the perimeter fence line with leaf blowers. I appreciate the company's effort to address my issues.

I can report that True North Landscaping company has zero regard for the communities it services. How does getting woken up at 6:30 am sound? I have spoken to this team of guys twice, complained to management twice and yet I am still being woken by leaf blowers and lawn mowers at the crack of dawn, and before City Noise Ordinance. DO BETTER!!!!! There are families with babies that want to sleep!! There are dogs and other animals you are disturbing at 6:45 am!! As I'm typing this it is 6:46 am and I can see your team lead blowing. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

In October 2021, the entire bay area experienced a rainstorm so powerful, they called it a "bomb cyclone." At the peak of the storm, I received a call from our new tenant. Water was accumulating in the landscaping and threatening to spill over into our brand new building. Lucky for us, Doug headed over at 5pm on a Sunday night. In the pouring rain, he was able to find and unclog a key drain. Within minutes, the water receded. The tenant was very thankful, which encouraged me to write this review. I guess you never know who can rely on until an emergency comes along.

This guys come make lots of noises at 7am in a residential area and don't care to be loud and to use this big noise machines so early.

I would recommend this landscape company to anybody looking for amazing results! I have used this company for the landscaping at many of the HOA's that I manage. They have been very responsive and detailed with all of their work. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done to their customers satisfaction. I look forward to using True North at more of my Associations moving forward!
