“I showed up about 10 min before closing on pickup and drop-off. Not due to lack of self-awareness on my part, and I did notify them of my schedule. It's just how things played out during some hectic travel plans. The fact that they didn't cop an attitude and were actually very pleasant in both cases was much appreciated. The vehicle handled the task well, and they were significantly cheaper than the competition.”
“I just want to say that the woman who runs this place, Terry, she is so awesome. Jessie who works up front is also awesome. These two ladies were the very best!! I would recommend this place, or any place these women are, to everybody and anybody. This move has weighed heavy on my heart and I the fact that Terry and Jessie were the people i had to interact with, to rent a uhaul, made it a little less heavy on me. Thank you ladies. “Convenient location quickly got truck. The only negative is a $14 charge for insurance I didn't know about. I never get the insurance on rental trucks since my car insurance covers rentals. Usually, they ask if you want insurance and I say no. So I have to take away one star. Be sure to tell them no insurance.”
“As far as renting a truck I had a good experience, the truck was a newer one and drove beautifully. As far as the cost was I'll next time pay a friend to use his truck it was not worth what it cost for two days”
“The previous reviews are old and my experience with the staff and policies at this U Haul was fantastic. The prices are the best in town and the staff is friendly and very helpful. We were even late in returning the van but wasn't dinged due to our circumstances (real human beings here). I highly recommend this U Haul!”
