We needed a new file cabinet for our home office and we were not finding what we needed online. Office Depot had nothing in stock. Then we stumbled onto the Trope Group website, which led us to their outlet store in Santa Rosa. They had exactly what we needed at an amazing price. Everyone was so kind and friendly and they even offered to deliver it. It was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend the Trope group for any office furniture needs.

I had to call repeatedly after paying for the parts and service in advance. They said their service team was very busy and and could not give me a date on when I could get my chair fixed. After multiple calls spoke to someone at the general number she said to bring it in and they could repair it in 45 minutes. Surprised it was that easy after I could not get a date on the repair calendar earlier. After I got it home I realized the wheels I polished were swapped out for old and damaged wheels. Not good.

Great place for used office furniture. I bought 10 chairs, plants, wall pictures and a white board. All high quality and excellent prices. Highly recommend.

These folks are the place to go if you need warranty service for your Herman Miller product. The staff helped get my HM Sayl chair back in tip top shape in short amount of time. They were super helpful with the warranty process through HM. My chair now looks brand new again!

Waiting still for a furniture quote. Terrible, Terrible follow through. We've left several voicemail and emails. Should have known better as this is not the first time. Won't be using or recommending this company in the future.

Just picked up my Herman Miller Verus chair that the folks at Trope Group helped me try out to then purchase below retail. They had samples I could take home to decide on seat fabric and mesh for the back. Lots of choices. The chairs aren't cheap, however, they are a great value, high quality, comfort, functionality and style for a fair price.

My Herman Miller Chair broke, after 10 years of daily wear. It has a twelve year warranty. I contacted HM to have my chair repaired. They put me in contact with the Trope Group who services my Aeron chair model. I didn't believe that this would work out. But Deanna with Trope contacted me, set up an appointment to fix my chair in my home. She confirmed appt. and the repairmen showed up ON TIME, fifteen minutes and my chair is good as new. So glad I discovered them. I thought I was going to have to replace my Herman Miller chair or repair it myself. Trope was listed as a service center. Deanna responded to my inquiry right away. I sent her photos of the chair, and they ordered a new cylinder. I brought the chair up at 7am, Phil met me at the door, knew who I was, helped me carry the chair from my car. Deanna was great throughout. Picked-up the chair two days later, and it's perfect. ...all that attention for one guy with one chair. If you need to equip some offices, you definitely want these guys.
