Small acts of customer service have a tendency to build longer lasting relationships in which good business can be conducted within. It's nice to find a person/establishment that has an inkling of this. As such, I really want to thank Matthew for helping me out yesterday afternoon with my tires - I had a great ride before the sun went down!
Update: 9/14/24. I went in for service item and the staff was fast, friendly and reasonable on pricing.

Special acknowledgements are due to Trek Santa Rosa for excellent service over the 3 years I’ve been using them. They will frequently look at mechanical issues on a walk-in, are reasonable and fair on service charges and I haven’t found mechanics I trust more with my road/Mtn bikes. Knowledgeable and good at laying out cost effective options.

Phil, Matt, and the crew do a great job of taking care of your cycling needs. Great shop. Friendly and helpful. I've seen people walk or ride in with broken bikes and they fix them on the spot!

It was a great experience at Trek Santa Rosa. Phil was so helpful, patient and I felt no pressure. He answered my many questions and spent time the day after I purchased it getting it set up. I would definitely shop this store again.

I shipped a brand new very expensive Trek e-bike to them from the Trek store in Dallas, Tx so that I could ride the Wine Country Century. They did a great job having it put together and ready for me when I flew in. They also disassembled it and packed it to ship back to Dallas afterwards.
I highly recommend these huys

I had to give my bicycle a maintenance overhaul. They got it done within four days. It was even more greater when I couldn't pick up and they were alright with my friend picking it up (as long I gave them a heads up). It was a bit pricey but I so go back again with the service and attention I got from them.
