I brought my high mileage truck into Transco and I am pleased with the explanation of what my truck needed to run properly. The repair was performed quickly.The technician explained everything he did and I am very satisfied with the results.

??????!!!! I came here to change the transmission oil of my car. After I received my car, I noticed that something was rubbing on the ground from the bottom of my car, and when I checked, I found out that they had not installed a few screws of the bottom protection part. When I immediately went to them and asked if they had forgotten this and asked if they could help me, I received an indifferent response such as "Come back in a few days, not today." This is not ethical at all and they definitely do not give you the value of the money they charge. It is a store that I will never come to in my life and I definitely do not recommend it to anyone. I am not satisfied at all.!!!! I think one should at least be friendly when talking to customers. I think one of the most important rules of the workplace should be to find a way to communicate with a smile and ensure that people leave happily, instead of talking at a sullen pace without looking at people's faces. Or I think I'm treated this way just because I'm a foreigner.

My ball joint on my 2000 4Runner failed right in front of the Transco shop on Santa Rosa Ave! After I maneuvered my vehicle to the turn lane owner, Dave, ran out to check if I was ok and even helped me cross safely to the side of the road. He was kind enough to call a couple of shops to try to get my car in for immediate repairs but I chose to wait a couple of days and have Transco do the work! 2 months later, they’re the only shop I trust with my car maintenance because of their honest work ethic, transparency & approval process before the work gets completed, & just being phenomenal humans on one of my worst days! Thank you again Dave & Jeff for taking care of me like family

Dave and Jeff are the best! again they worked on my friends 1995 Sonoma it's an older truck but they always do incredible work . they put a muffler on it's on short notice . Did a myriad of inspections and a lot of extra work to find out some of the noises that were coming from drivetrain. I would highly recommend them as you have many choices in life, but not only are they caring and kind but patient and professional. Reasonable price, they are a real blessing to the community . thank you so much again your friend Lance NVC

I was really happy with my experience with this shop. No nonsense, just good service.First, I appreciate when an appointment means something. We scheduled a time to bring in our car to diagnose a transmission problem. A couple hours later, they called us with a report of the issue they found. Thankfully, it was simple and they didn't even charge us for the repair.Next, I appreciate the fact that they noticed the brake fluid was dirty and asked if we wanted it taken care of while it was at the shop. I was aware it was due to be changed, and we went ahead and had them take care of it.I also appreciate that they didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. All of the other service on the car was up to date, and I appreciate they didn't try to push any unnecessary service.This was our first time here, but I'll be sure to come back if I ever need something.Services: Transmission
