I had an outstanding experience working with Gary and the team at W Real Estate. A special mention should got to Miriah, who coordinates and handles much of the administrative aspects of the transaction. She was professional, and very efficient with all of the required docs related to the sale. From initial consultation, to the lead up to the listing of my home, and then handling the close of Escrow, everything was handled professionally. Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided by Todd and the team.

Todd, Miriah, and Gary helped make the sale of my family home absolutely seamless. Consistent, responsive, caring, and gracious throughout the entire process. I wanted to write a review for Todd Shapmire and his team at W Real Estate. Todd and his team went above and beyond to sell my home and property next door. I have bought and sold many houses and Todd and his team made it a pleasant experience. I never had to hound him to take care of anything. Todd was on top of everything and went above and beyond to close both deals together and as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Todd and his team at W Real Estate!!

A commercial real estate agent that is extremely responsive is rare, but Todd Schapmire provides that level of responsiveness to his clients. I’ve worked with Todd on residential real estate, commercial real estate, and investment properties. Todd is very experienced in all types of real estate and has a great knowledge on the pulse of the local markets. His ability to look at properties with an eye for maximizing value is crucial when deciding what the best purchase options are for his clients. Most importantly, Todd has high integrity; his client’s goals are far more important to him than any commission. I highly recommend Todd to my friends and colleagues.

Todd and his team were fantastic to work with. Communication is so important when selling a house and we were always able to reach them. Also Todd had the vision to see the unique qualities and characteristics that the property had to offer. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. As an out of state seller, I hit the jackpot when I found Todd and his team. They were professional, knowledgeable, and their communication skills were excellent. I had a challenging property to sell, but Todd knew the right price point and the right type of buyer to target. His marketing of the property was excellent. I wish I could leave 10 stars!
