The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, & efficient. The work is done well. The estimates are accurate. The work was completed and returned in excellent condition; the front end(headlights) renewing the look and function of the car. I recommend them first Subaru service.

Came in for oil change and found out I had a blown head gasket. Fernando was very patient while answering all of my questions and helping me to understand everything! Thank goodness checking all the fluids is part of their oil chance procedure . Fernando also showed me how to add coolant and sent me off with a quart so that I wouldn’t overheat!Service: Oil change

I always know I can trust the team at Tillets. That’s all there really is to say that is relevant about a mechanic. But beyond that, they are helpful in the office and they have free loaners. I’ll never take my Subaru anywhere else!Services: Steering & suspension repair

Tillets Automotive is by far the best Automotive Repair facility I have ever dealt with. Their service writers do an excellent job, not only taking care of your immediate concerns, but give you an indication of upcoming service needs, which helps in planning for future maintenance requirements.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I no longer service my car here as I have often found the work to be overpriced. They often times provide quotes significantly higher than the dealership. When shops provide prices higher than dealers, there might be an issue. I am not speaking to the credibility or quality of their work in this review as I lack that authority. However, their pricing is very out of touch and non-competetive. I recommend calling around and even checking with the dealer before tillets.

These folks took a job on my car that two previous shops would not do. Called with updates during the job and called a few days after I had got the car back. A good shop with sharp people.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Tilletts Automotive, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. If I could give them zero stars, I would. My visit to Tilletts Automotive was prompted by a troubling issue with my car, and I was met with incompetence and an attempt to rip me off.Not to long ago I took my 2011 WRX in because of a overheating light that was on. Good news was the light ended up going away and I thought all would be good. After they told me the light issue was fixed I was told I had hydrocarbons in my exhaust which they suspected was a leaky head gasket. They assured me that a full head gasket replacement was necessary, and the estimated cost was an astronomical $7,000! I was taken aback by the absurdity of this quote, especially considering that I had done some research and knew the typical cost for such a repair was nowhere near that figure.Being somewhat smart I decided to get another opinion from Subaru themselves and I was told absolutely nothing was wrong with my engine. BUT, the only thing they found that was weird was that all the coolant caps had been put on the wrong spots (Tilletts did my radiator a few months before).Overall, I was appalled by Tilletts' blatant attempt to overcharge me for a problem that didn't exist. Their unethical practices and lack of integrity have left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to avoid this establishment at all costs.Sidenote: (My friends 2012 WRX had many many issues after taking it to tilletts).Service: General repairs & maintenance

Tillet's was responsive and fair. Wesley at the front desk was great to work with, very helpful. Would definitely recommend them to all Sonoma County Subaru owners. Support this family owned and operated business!

5 stars for Tillet's, in terms of customer service, pricing, and quality of service. I particularly appreciate Wes. As a woman who often feels out of place at the mechanic due to my lack of car knowledge, I am not afraid to ask what feels like "***** questions, especially to Wes. He is patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. I always leave the shop confident in what was diagnosed or fixed. Every service Tillet's has done to my car has been perfect.
