I got my hair braided here, the lady that owns it griped my hair so tight and it hurt so bad, I got 4 corn rows straight back, I even tipped generously. When I took the braids out the next day I had hand fulls of hair that just keep coming out? I waited for it to grow back but it never did. If you are reading this trust me save your sanity I had to live with early hair loss because of the business that pretty much yanked all the front of my hair out.

Karona is the best in Sonoma County for African Americans and people of color . I've been a client for over 8 yrs and I have never been disappointed. She is not only great as a professional but also as a person. She is truly a beautiful person in and out. I have never bought her a picture of what I wanted and she didn't do it. I have been with these ladies since the beginning. Absolutely hands down the best hair services possible. I have gone to Karona for at least 5 years and will go to no one else for my hair extensions, weaves, dreads, braiding AND NOW BODY WORK!!! This place is worth every penny. I feel like a pampered beautiful queen when I leave. Best in the business.

I had made an appointment which I was super excited for...but quickly enough, that excitement went down. I had scheduled a morning appointment but my braider came almost 40 minute late. Which is upsetting obviously. In addition, she tied my braid to my mask strings. I have really really good things about this place but I had a really bad experience unfortunately.
