“I was referred to Chuck’s by their competition. When I showed up, they had everything I needed to make the repairs on my boat trailer when I was stuck on the road. They put together the package, the grease and even threw in some rags so I can make the repairs on the roadside. They were very fast efficient and had great quality parts.”

“David is amazing, everything you want from a mechanic. Honest and reliable. He did everything he could to fix my car, when he realized how much work my car really needed, he provided me with advise on what to do. He didn't overcharge me for his time and would not even accept a tip because he knew how much I was about to spend on my car.
Unfortunately I had to take my car to the dealership, who claimed my car was prefect. I communicated this with David and David was nice enough to contact the dealership for me, speak with the technician and tell them how to fix my car/what to look for. If it wasn't for David, Hyundai would not have fixed anything and given me a unreliable car.
My car is job, I go to people's home to provide healthcare. How could I do that with a car that can stop starting at any point? David is the best, I'm sad this job had to be done through the dealership because I would have rather given my money to an honest and reliable mechanic. If I ever have a car issue again, I will always call David first.”

Justin was helpful today friendly and patient with my questions and comments. I suggested a little more detail to wheel care, but overall everthing went well.
Considering how busy they are they seem to get things done quickly.
I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment if you drop in you will wait much longer most of the time. Of course there is an exception to every rule.

Competitive prices as well. My vehicle is in middle of title transfer & I couldnt go to the Smog Referee Program & after replacing many Sensors, Parts & finally some Diagnostics revealed I needed much work to make it able to Pass a Smog Test.

I'm always on the hunt for a good tire shop with my size tires and I can say I found a good one with great customer service to pick up used tires from and there always in quality shape never had to come back because of leaks or anything and I also appreciate the extra time Rodie takes to put beadlock on my rims to help with Crome peel too I have nothing but good things to say about that guy he deserves a raise! I will be back! And will tell my friends”

“Got a key stuck on my tire that needed patching but unfortunately, the hole couldn't be patched due to the size. I needed tires quickly and Big O Tires was the only place that had my tires in stock. Called them up and they told me to bring by. Once I arrived, Eric greeted me and took care of me from start to finish. Overall great dude with a good attitude. He was up front and honest about the pricing and it didn't change when I came to pick up my truck which was done in 1.5 hours, the exact time he said it would be done. He definitely sold me to co tinie being a customer. I highly recommend to anyone.”
