The absolute worst customer service! I used to love coming to shop here but lately the people working have been super rude, inattentive and inappropriate. When I went to check out two girls up front were on their phones and completely ignored me till I walked up to the counter to finally get their attention after waiting. Then when I finally get rung up the girl is giving me attitude the entire time! I looked at her name tag while she was ringing me up and it said azulema. Don’t think I’ll be shopping in store again because of her and the other workers attitudes.

Profiled and harrased by employee on closing shift with black short bob on 7/6/22.No one greeted me or offered to help.Obviously if you don’t greet a customer and start harassing them around the store not saying anything, it makes it uncomfortable to even be in the store and shop.When I asked for the employees name the cashier stated she wasn’t able to give out personal information.A name is not personal or sensitive information when working retail.Horrible customer service you might as well just hire clowns as employees.

I was discriminated at this store. I was shopping for one shift and this girl follow me and made it obvious that. I don't need to steal if I work a corporate job and make 4 times what they make. I ask the front desk what was the associates name that was making me feel uncomfortable and she said no and was rude to me also I honestly think they need to be out on check. Last time I come here and I only wanted a hat. You know who you are if you read this short hair girl

Gone in a couple times recently and each time one of the managers starred at me my entire time being in there, never once did he offer any help. Made my shopping experience incredibly uncomfortable and not worth it. The clothes are kind of cute but I rather shop at pacsun where I know I won’t be stalked the entire time

Tillys in Santa Rosa CA is a joke for this. I interviewed and they told me they would follow up because they want to hire me but didn’t keep their word. I kept in contact with the manager a couple of days after the initial interview in regards to completing their online app and a follow up interview with the DM. They asked me to provide open availability and to redo my application. The online application would not let me edit it for some reason so I communicated with them about it. They never responded to my message and never called me back. Pointless. I was ready to work but they just stopped communicating with me.

Super annoying that every time I shop here when I go to check out they harass you for your email address, claiming that their receipt printer is broken so they HAVE to email you your receipt. Every single time I tell them no they tell me that since I didn’t provide an email that my items will be final sale, and then PROCEED TO GIVE ME A PRINTED RECEIPT out of the supposedly broken printer. They even have a little sign at the register saying the printer is broken, but it’s not it works perfectly fine. They just want your email to meet whatever quotas are required, but it’s super shady and always makes me incredibly uncomfortable anytime I shop here.

This clothing store is awesome because not only does it carry clothes that are trendy, but it also has unique clothes. It always has a consistent style, and never seems to carry trends that are unflattering or are not appropriate for young women/ teenagers. Only store in the mall I ever get clothes at, best store for teenagers out there. The customer service is satisfactory, I have never had a bad experience with the workers here as they are very respectful and friendly.Also, points for having tons of clothes that go also get with my dress code! Came here for the first time three days ago, completely happy and satisfied with it. I’m exited to come back!

I was followed through out the store. when I went to go in to try my close on they kept knocking, and the lady who followed me talked to another employee about me. they kept asking me if I was done shopping . I felt terrible and I didn't like my experience there at all .

Was about to buy $140 worth of pants and the cashier Sabrina forgot to enter my rewards card. I proceed to ask her if she can enter it, which she tells me “it’s too late, I can’t do anything about it” (Lazy AF) so I ask again, “you can’t enter it?”, she replies “no it’s too late” Lamest experience and excuse I’ve ever heard. Horrible customer service.
