I bought there my suit for my wedding, and from the first time till the end, weeks after, Jorge helped my with everything I need it. He always explain to me the different styles and how that will make look on my special day. I can just say thank you for all you did for me. I totally recommend Tuxedo Gallery for your special occasion.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Tuxedo Gallery. The only time I really bought a suit was when I was a zombie for Halloween in the past, and I went to the thrift store to mangle a dusty 2nd hand suit with scissors. Jorge at The Tuxedo Gallery helped me buy a Tuxedo and explained what to get and what not to get. I received several compliments at the wedding, consequently the Tuxedo Gallery & Jorge deserves these compliments, because it looked like I knew what I was doing. Thank you! I highly recommend The Tuxedo Gallery.

This place is absolutely phenomenal! I couldn't find a dress I wanted for prom anywhere, but this place not only had a dress in my size (which is very hard because I'm petite), it was just beautiful and perfect! They staff is very friendly, helpful, and supportive. The prices are very doable, considering they are/look like quince dresses, which usually cost thousands of dollars. Overall best service I've had in a dress shop, best prices for what you're getting, and an AMAZING selection. Especially the tuxedos. They're not just basic black, they actually have color and decoration/print! Definitely go here for phenomenal service!

I have a wedding out of town and just needed my measurements. Men's warehouse wouldn't do it but these guys were kind enough to help with it! The guy there was very helpful and made the process smooth! I will definitely use them for events here in town!

My brother came here to get a Prom Tux and he had the most amazing experience, owners were kind and very helpful. We couldn’t be happier with the way the tux fits and looks! Overall great experience would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a tux!

Well, I never thought I'd be sitting here writing a 1-star review for a tuxedo rental store in Santa Rosa, but I do have a story for you. My son was all set to enjoy his first - and last - prom night. We were shelling out a hefty 220 bucks for a 1-2 day tux rental, expecting a reasonable fit. But when I spotted a bunch of material bunched up behind my son's shoulders, I was concerned. I pointed it out to the store manager, Rich, who proposed to iron it out. I wasn't sure if this would fix it, but figured he knew his stuff. When I dared to ask if the size was too big, Rich got all prickly. He tried to use my son against, suggesting "your son seems happy with the fit." It was a nonsense argument - my son couldn't see the back of his own shoulders, and at 17, he's brand new to the world of tuxedos. (I must admit, I'm no expert either, but a good fit is readily apparent when you see one) I called Rich out on this, at which point he claimed loudly, "I've been in this business for 40 years!" effectively brow-beating me into accepting a poor fit. He cranked up the hostility and rudeness as we tried different sizes, knowing full well we were over a barrel, needing to pick up the tux that day. But the cherry on this shit show of a store came when, during a video call with my wife to discuss sizes, I said "I need a little space and time to discuss with my wife," to which Rich abruptly declared, "I'm done!" and started gossiping about me to other clients. How unprofessional! I'll be steering well clear of this place in the future, and I'm hoping Rich will do everyone a service by taking his grumpy self into retirement as soon as possible.

This place is garbage they are rude do not know how to talk to people they stole my $100 deductible I asked for it back as I called the next day as soon as they open to cancel and get it back as he told me they already bought the tux at 6am I asked for proof of confirmation and he said he had none. I asked for any type of email or paper trail for the order of the tux and still told me he had nothing to show me... I know a thief when I seen one STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND ANGER. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COUOD THIS PLACE IS GONNA BE GONE JUST LIKE HIS LAST SHOP HERE REAL FAST. TERRIBLE BUSINESS. OUT $100 ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
