Shoutout to Henry Rodriguez. Store Manager. This man spent quite awhile helping me learn about carpet choices and how home owners insurance works. He is friendly, courteous, and it was so easy discussing everything. Between visits, he responded quickly to my emails. The store is well-designed and very clean. Because of Henry, I highly recommend The Floor Store.

Great experience from salesperson Bryan Powell whose professional knowledge and reliability were appreciated. The carpet arrived and was installed in a very timely manner to three rooms in my home. The professional, kind and courteous installers arrived promptly and completed the job expertly. I would give this whole experience a five star review.

The floor store employees were kind, helpful, and accommodating for the purchase of vinyl flooring in our entire house. We loved the outcome. Unfortunately the carpet install in our master bedroom was done by a different department (carpet), and based on the size of our master bedroom the carpet roll was not wide enough to use a single roll of carpet. Instead our room has two pieces of carpet with visible seam. Despite two “repairs” to the seam the employees are limited to fixing a bad carpet install, not much improvement.
Additionally even after 7 months the carpet pile did not improve it is low on parts and higher on others.
The best option would have been to provide us the customer during the initial bedroom measurement and quote an explanation of carpet roll sizes for big rooms (12ft, 13ft, 15ft) and provide the customer with the decision of having a seam or paying more for larger carpet roll. Or even recommend carpet types that hide seams better. We are now going to enjoy lovely flooring and try to ignore the poor quality of our bedroom carpet for years to come.

I've needed to do business with The Floor Store twice now over the last 6 months and have had awesome customer service. Tim McGlade was more than helpful in locating and ordering replacement vinyl planking that was needed after our refrigerator leaked, damaging the existing flooring. The special order arrived when he said it would and I was able to return the unopened boxes for a full refund when the project was completed. Yesterday he helped me with the selection of transition molding needed for a doorway between a tiled bathroom floor and carpeted bedroom. He was most helpful with his knowledge, advise and suggestions, exactly the opposite of the service I got at the big warehouse chain. 2 thumbs up from me for The Floor Store!

They don't follow up with customers and you have to actually go into the store to chase them down and get timelines on deliveries. Poorly managed store in Santa Rosa.

I am so pleased with the outcome of my floor installation!!! Tim McGlade was patient and great to work with and made me confident that I was choosing the right company for the job. I can't say enough about Gustavo and his outstanding work ethic! He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect and that we had the floors that we've been waiting so very long for. My floors and stairs are so beautiful! I highly recommend the floor store and Gustavo!!!

I went into The Floor Store Santa Rosa in a pinch. The flooring I had ordered from a different store was supposed to be delivered that day, only to find out that it was not to be delivered until some time in the middle of the following month. Needing to have the flooring installed to begin moving into the new house we had purchased meant I needed something ASAP.
I called and spoke with their salesman Damian. He assured me he had plenty of stock to come and look at, each with significant inventory I could leave with that day. When I got there we was so helpful and attentive to my needs. He showed me several different options and explained all the pros and cons of each in great detail. He got right to figuring out what items he could get me with the
Amount that I required in the time frame I had to work with. In the end, I left with flooring that was a color I liked better than the one I had purchased from another store, flooring that was higher quality with a better wear layer, and at a better price.
Damian truly saved my family's Christmas and I am so thankful to him and all the people at the floor store Santa Rosa.
If I was able to give them 10 stars.i would! Thank you so much!

I'll just say that it helps to answer your phone or have the ability to take a message during business hours. You can lose a lot of business by not answering your phone.

The Floor Store's installer, Jeff Gonnella, did an excellent job installing laminate in the hallway and dining room of my Santa Rosa condo, matching it smoothly with existing carpet and tile. This is now the 4th project I've done with this Floor Store (and salesman, Robert Hager.) Once you see a floor product that works for you, you are really hiring a team, not just an individual to get it right. If anything, this team is so popular, they are sometimes hard to reach by phone, but always do come through in the end.

Just completed a large flooring project in our vacation rental. Can't say enough about the friendly courteous service and excellent installation! We visited The Floor Store after first going to another store. Met Tim McGlade on a Sunday, he scheduled to meet the next day to measure and provided a quote the next day. We were pleased and signed the contract and now in 3 weeks the project is completed.......Hank the project manager was great to work with and can't say enough about Francisco the installer. He was meticulous and did a wonderful job!!! BTW, we are still waiting for the other store to get back to us with a quote after a month.
