I actually chose The Body Shop because of the Yelp reviews. Between Christina (front office) and Manny (owner) I had a wonderful experience. My car looks brand new inside and out and you can't tell anything ever happened to it. It is nice to deal with a company that operates with such integrity. The customer service was great which doesn't happen that often these days, so you really notice when it does. I definitely recommend!

As everyone has mentioned, Manny and his team are amazing people, and passionate about their job. My boyfriend took his car in due to a dent and a few scratches, and within a week they were able to get it completely fixed. In addition, their communication was above and beyond -- answering any and every question he had. Overall, we recommend The Body Shop to anyone in the area looking for body work done on their car.

Manny is absolutely fantastic! He goes above and beyond every time and is always able to put a smile on your face during such a stressful time following a car accident. Everyone there is super knowledgeable, honest, and great at their job. Super quick turnaround and were able to get me in quickly each time. I wouldn't use anyone else, highly recommend! 10/10.

Manny is the greatest! He is my son's age. He and his crew buffed out some car versus garage paint I had laid down a few years ago. He didn't charge me. He also consulted on some touch up paint jobs I needed. I love this guy! Go visit him in Santa Rosa. You won't be sorry! Karen

Not sure I understand these 5 star reviews. I was at this place yesterday. I had a small ding on my 73 Corvette. It was right on the nose and about 1 inch long and 1/2 wide. Basically it was a scrape, no cracks no holes. Went to 2 other places before this and was quoted $500 from one and $400 from another. I was quoted $1200 from this place. I don't think so. In the near future I'm going to need a hood painted and I know where I'm not going. Can't even imagine what they would charge me to paint a whole hood.

I don't ever leave reviews but Manny and Roy deserve the biggest shout out because they are truly are the best! They are honest, hard working and willing to go above and beyond to help you. They also have a great sense of humor and are so humble about their work. Please don't hesitate to check them out!

This place is staffed by ANGELS. I didn't think I'd use this word about a body shop but I had a magical experience here. As others have said, Roy and his team actually care about saving you money. They are truly ethical AND skilled! I don't know anything about cars and they could have told me the repairs cost a ton, and they really did not. They're so kind and quick and knowledgeable. I will be back for any and all car repairs. If you're looking for your place, this is it!! Thank you Roy and team, I am honestly blown away!

Manny & his team were FANTASTIC!I went to at least 5 different autobody shops for quotes when I was looking to get my car painted and The Body Shop was the only one where I didn't feel like I was being hustled. I appreciated how transparent their pricing was and how I didn't feel like they were hard-selling me their services.Sure enough, they didn't need to because their excellent work speaks for itself. Manny and Roy did a great job on the paint and promised a lifetime warranty. Plus, they finished the job in just 2 days (where other places said it would take a full week). They even cleaned my car for me!I recommend The Body Shop to anyone looking for straightforward, exceptional service (not to mention very reasonable prices).Service: Painting

My '91 BMW 318is had developed some white hazing on the hood / roof / trunk areas - presumably from being parked outside. I looked into several options but ultimately chose to repaint the exterior w/ Manny - largely due to his positive Yelp reviews. The whole process was quick and painless. Manny actually went above and beyond by painting additional panels. All in all I'm very pleased w/ the work and am glad to have found a new paint and auto-body resource in the area. Recommended for cosmetic work and accident repair - these guys know what's up, thank you!
