We’ve had a high end piece of furniture that Superior was holding hostage. They scheduled delivery no less than ten times and then just wouldn’t show. I rearranged my schedule numerous times, waited for hours, then they wouldn’t show nor answer calls. They finally came unannounced, when nobody was home, and left the very expensive piece of furniture outside. I would never use this company.

Superior Delivery Service went above and beyond for me when I had a logistical delivery issue right around the time of my son's bar mitzvah when delivery is so incredibly crucial. The glitch could have easily set me back days and another company could have easily let that happen but Superior went the distance. The entire team was so kind and thorough and communicated with me every step of the way. I can't say enough about this company.
