I called several places to get quotes in Rohnert Park and Santa Rosa; even had an appointment with one that was the cheapest so far, but still significantly higher than the national average. I decided to call one more after googling "discount/cheap/good price auto glass, and Discount Auto Glass popped up. I remembered an experience I had with them a long time ago and was thrilled to see they were still around. I called and got quoted the lowest price, it was even lower than the national average! They said come in anytime I wanted that day for several rock chips in my windshield. While there, I remembered a problem I had with my driver's window rattling and asked about it. They literally had to take the whole door apart which is not quick or easy to do. Been there, done that! Everything was fixed/filled/repaired faster than I could actually read through my small pile of mail from that day! I thought my final cost would be at least 3 digits... Only $75!! I read other reviews on Yelp and they all sound spot on EXCEPT for the one stars. I read them thoroughly and can't help but laugh. One said that they talked down to her because she was a woman! I'm a woman and they were extremely respectful towards me! Another person was mad because they weren't happy with him pulling his own car into the garage! Guess what?! I'm a "woman" and even I know that even with an appointment, you never pull your car into the garage/bay until either they tell you to, or they do it their selves! It's a safety thing! Every automotive shop does the same thing. There's broken glass on the ground, other people's cars, etc. If you get hurt, even cut your baby toe, then they are liable for allowing you to be in there. I think that anyone who's ever been to a car shop knows that! Even the review about the inside of her car being hotter with the new glass! First off, most cars come with some kind of protective sun tint on it nowadays, but not all. Her car probably had it on their originally, but upon ordering the new windshield, got just what she ordered... A windshield. If you want the tinting, go to a tint shop! The glass place isn't responsible for making sure a tint shop returns your calls; they have their own calls to return! Yes, it means you have to call around and do a bit more research, but that's life! It's no one's fault. You can get mad about it, but don't get mad at the people that just helped you! These reviews are to rate service and how well "their job" was done, not about how we feel when we're frustrated with other things in our lives! This place is THE BEST I've ever been to for auto glass repair, and always the best prices. They're down to earth real people, not "walking talking billboards trying to rob you!" All of this coming from a woman too!

I cannot overstate how impressed I am with this shop. As a loyal customer for over a decade, I have never considered taking my business elsewhere. Straight and to the point. No pressure or upselling. I caught a rock to the windshield while driving on the freeway. The crack was a combination bullseye and star, about the size of a quarter. I walked in and asked for an estimate, got one right away, and was on the road a half hour later. Thankfully, it only needed a fill. Professional, honest work. I highly recommend Discount Auto Glass!

These guys are awesome! I went to them a few years ago to get a window issue fixed and remembered how great they were...responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and reasonable prices...so I had another issue today and stopped by and it was fixed within minutes, complimentary. I was trying to sell my car at a dealership and they wanted to take hundreds of dollars off of their offer because of my window issue and tried to tell me it was going to cost me hundreds to repair. That's when I remembered these guys and I am so glad I did...and they were open on a Saturday! I got so lucky and feel really appreciative about the service I got. Thank you!

I went to Discount Autoglass after another business did a TERRIBLE job replacing my back window. The guys at Discount auto glass were super nice, they did a great job fixing the bad job done on my window. I highly recommend them.

This place is awesome! Called on Friday, got me in by Monday, and had my windshield replaced in an hour. I've been putting off getting my windshield replaced for 2 years because of expensive quotes and complicated processes from other companies, but these guys made it so quick, easy, and affordable. Not to mention they were all extremely kind and great guys. Highly recommend!

Great experience getting my windshield replaced. Got the best price quote upfront which was exactly what I ended up paying, got an appointment the next day over my lunch break so I could walk to one of the railroad district restaurants while my car was getting worked on. Easy, straightforward, no fuss.

Needing to fix auto glass sucks any way you look at it. I've been here twice in the last couple years to have window regulators replaced. They quickly got the jobs done for a fair price. I called around SR before coming here and got all sorts of quotes- one place kept calling me back lowering their price which didn't go over well with me. Just give a fair price-Discount Auto did!

Someone tried breaking into my car resulting in a broken window, Discount auto glass was able to help me the next day after calling and also had the Lowest price in town! They fixed my window in under an hour! I highly recommend this place for any type of window repairs or replacements.

Beware... In June, 2022, traveling 2000 miles from home, our car's windshield was cracked. Our insurance company referred us to Discount Auto Glass, in Santa Rosa, California. The glass company agreed to replace the windshield and recalibrate the camera & Advanced Driver Assistance System(ADAS). When we picked up the car, the owner of Discount Auto Glass showed us the ADAS recalibration results. We asked for copies of the printed test results. He said those papers would be sent to the insurance company for reimbursement and we could ask the insurance company for copies. A week later the GPS system had a serious malfunction en route home; and later the dashboard visually displayed an error while also sounding an audio alarm for the ADAS. We phoned our insurance company and the rep researched the claim that Discount Auto Glass submitted. Discount Auto Glass admitted that they did not recalibrate the ADAS. Finding another glass company at home to do needed work required many hours of stressful phone work; including being without our car for two days. If you need windshield replacement/ADAS calibration, exercise caution in taking it to Discount Auto Glass.

After my auto insurance company recommended a repair shop with a very high price, I checked with the three top-rated windshield repair services near me to compare with them. Discount Auto Glass's quote was $200 cheaper but the name "Discount..." worried me, so I went to another place. It was just a little higher in price, but in the second place the young guy behind the counter seemed to not know a lot about the business, so I went to another highly rated place. The third place's quote was as high as the insurance company but had the most positive reviews. The problem was that they also had a fancy big shop and a not-so-nice showgirl behind the counter, and other people there who seemed to be doing nothing and just ignored me. Then the sales guy came in and started with the hard sell, telling me not to trust anyone else, because they only use Honda replacement windows on Honda and blah, blah, blah...I told him that I didn't trust Honda and didn't want their windows because I've had several cars in my life and never had a windshield break from a tiny rock off the road. I went back to Discount Auto Glass where they have a small shop out of the way, a couple of guys who crank out windows all day while running the shop like clockwork and are the nicest guys who know everything there is about their business. No hard sell. When asked, they did explain that many car companies these days are reducing their factory install windows in thickness to keep the weight of the vehicle down. It even turned out, that the factory installed my windshield incorrectly from the start. Long story short, these guys were pleasant, professional, and did quality work with quality products, and at the best price. I highly recommend this small shop with "Discount" in their name. P.S. They did it the next day when the other guys said "We have the parts in our warehouse in Sacramento, and it would only take three days to do the job."

I had an amazing experience with Discount Auto Glass. I booked an appointment. They did it while I waited. I own an old rusty truck and they took the extra time and work to prep it correctly. They got all the rust out, pretreated the area. A very professional job. There price was also very low. The best experience i had in a long time with a business. Paul Adelman

Called from Healdsburg to Rohnert park this place had the best price they got the repair done in one hour or less. Got a rear view mirror as well took them two minutes to install. Great place definitely recommend.
